The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.
I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. I couldn't find a decent camera but of course i'm out in ridiculous los angeles Rents don't go up every year, but cost and maintenance do. An insurance's so don't count on that. If you're a very young investor you have time for the property to increase in value in the next twenty years.
@@BGga. Nowhere near enough is being built in Georgia to meet demand because of labor shortages and high construction costs. New home inventory is down 23% in Gerogia so you may see construction happening but it's much less than previous years like everywhere else around the country. Starter homes are too expensive for builders who are instead focusing more on higher priced or luxury homes and even that is limited.
@@turnbucklemagazine7296 it’s all about perception. Sounds like you read a report. If you’re used to a home being $125k and it went up to $300k then I understand your mindset. However, people got lucky for a long time. There is still opportunity out there. You have to look for it and want it.
I and my wife own single home family rentals. we have $200,000 left on mortgages. We are now the possibility of maintaining $50,000 annual income by selling and investing in stocks and bonds. How does this work out?

Construction costs are a major reason why single family and small multi family homes arent getting built.
