Nice lil machine man. I luv seeing the old crap put back in service. Hint: a lil o-ring over the jaws of your jumper wire can add a bunch of staying power in high stress connections.
Andrew - great problem solving on that welder. A note: Kohler K241 engines are, as you have seen, pretty much bullet proof. The coil inside the flywheel is a little cumbersome. Most lawnmower Kohler set-ups use a standard coil as you rigged up anyway, so if it were my machine, I would modify it to mount a coil on the block and be done with the coil inside the flywheel. Much better arrangement.
Seeing what you have accomplished, allow me say one thing: (I probably won't be around to see it) but I see a very secure future for you as the Owner & CEO of a Prominent Company dealing in Farm Equipment Repair (and whatever else comes your way.) On the other hand, this may Not be the road you want to travel. Regardless of what career you choose, you will be Very Successful. Remain ~ Focused. Positive. Mentally & Physically Strong.
Awesome video! I could use your help getting a 69' F600 running. Running when parked and getting power everywhere but you have me thinking its something as simple as the condensor.
They still made this machine at the end of the 70’s. I got literature on one from a welding supply place in 1980, and they told me they could have it in a week if I wanted it.
❤ seeing old welders come back to life great job
You are truly a Wizard, wize beyond your years.
Nice old welder. Good job getting that one going!
Good video, good luck next semester at school. I enjoy all your videos. Thanks
You’re amazing every time 👍🏻 😎 nice work. You should keep it . I understand why you want to sale it

I also like the mini Farmall H logo in the lower right of your content!

Hey man! I have one of these sitting right beside me. Completely identical except mine is blue. Welds awesome. Had a 225 as well
Great job!
I think that Kohler has balancing gears. Nice job getting it running.

👍👍👌👌 Thanks for the video!
That’s more like a 50-60’s model not having a recoil starter.

If they are tuned right, a rope start is no sweat, no strain to get running…
👍👍
Hi there, am a big fan of the projects you get involved with but please don't chip slag without safety eyewear, bye bye eye.
