Poor Victor Vance. He was the nicest protagonist of all time in the GTA, alongside with Niko Bellic.
I wish that Rockstar made Victor and Johnny alive. Rockstar somrtimes ends our favorite character's life. I also really hate Trevor for killing johnny.
@Ahsan Shark yeah. But the cutscene was brutal enough, I mean Trevor stomped and threw the bottle and after that Johnny dies. I mean the damn exposed brains of Johnny. Its so damn brutal.

@Ahsan Shark Claude speed from gta 2 I don't mean the gta 3's Claude, they are different characters with the same name. But Claude speed from gta 2 he also died. Rip Johnny, Victor and Claude speed.

They're following some scripted path. Unless the player (or a different ped) intervenes in some way, they won't stray.
@@jamesnash1195 Yes, Cheat Device Remastered works on all versions for PSP. I tried it out ~ 1 year ago and worked great.

Tried to see if there were “ghost” or “vision” billboards from Vice City in Vice City Stories when you were highs speed on the flying Patriot besides that specific 1 without cheats

Playing this on PPSSPP is so awesome, especially since my PSP has a broken thumbstick and is in pieces ATM until I find an original matching thumbstick (Blue PSP-2001).
