Yeah I can't even do revs anymore. After two months of fighting bots for rev spots the script owner made it where if you attack the bots three more accounts log in one will attack you after the other bot teleports and the other two bots take both revs...
they stopped teleing for me recently, they just pot up and attack the rev. if i attack them they throw on prot range and fight back, have to bring a DDS to make them tele. @@scottpake3984
if jagex banned all the bots they would only have 5-10k concurrent players at any given time. with all the bots they can claim they have 100k concurrent users and jagexs parent company can attempt to sell it for way more then its worth. the community and/or the devs need to come together and buy jagex

And if jagex claims it cant "determine" if an account is a bot or a player then it's a huge red flag to the other company. Bots buy bonds, jagex profit primarily from bonds. It's that simple.

In the game NieR: Automata, robots are fighting androids without truly understanding their purpose. They mimic human behavior, even if it provides no purpose. They kill each other, and improve themselves to be better at killing each other. The resemblance here is really interesting.

Idea for the wilderness slayer Bots. Beat them at there own game. Have someone make a bot that logs in and switches to every world. The bots will all tele and never get any kills. Just an idea

genuinely sub zero iq take lol the only reason it looks like jagex does nothing is because you don't see all the accounts that do get banned, and this is what is known as survivorship bias, and instead only see the instances where something slips through the cracks and considering botters are literally pumping out hundreds of accounts every hour, yeah no wonder there's tons that constantly slip through futhermore, most bots are using scripts which you can only get by paying for them through disc and other places like sythe, and make extensive use of machine learning and AI to better emulate how an actual player behaves and that doesn't even account for the fact that bot script devs are constantly changing their scripts to stay ahead of anything jagex can do since jagex only do bans in large waves to stop the botters from identifying what got detected in their scripts to lead to their accounts getting banned there are gaming companies that pull in 10x as much as jagex does yearly and can't solve anti-cheat, so it's not unsurprising at all that it is a massive issue in a game that is as easily manipulatable as rs is

there are gaming companies that pull in 10-20x as much as jagex does yearly and can't solve anti-cheat and rs is a brainless game to be able to cheat in because of how everything runs off of predictable tick cycles, so if you seriously think this is an easily solvable issue, you genuinely must be terminally online

Hmm, the only way I could figure to scout those insta-telly world hopping slayer bots would be a custom script alert script and a lot of volunteers. If a person is in the wilderness and hops and sees someone, the script records the name and sends it to an external database. The volunteers at the GE would then have a script that checks this database against players entering there vicinity and would update the database with the most recent world they have been seen in. Moreover, if you record the sequence of worlds instead, you may be able to find a pattern. I am not sure if such a plugin would be technically legal though. On the other hand, a similar idea would be a script that records the items the bot have as they teleport away. You could then make an average gear profile for them and the walk around the GE or Ferox and see if anyone fits the bill consistently. I have to assume they are using an odd path or a rarely used teleport into the wilderness if the bot creator is so determined for them not to be tracked, so sitting at some of the less traveled entrances into the wilderness may yield some results.
The worst part is that most things in the game are constructed or rigged in favour of the bot farms. Countless times where those rev bots have crazy RNG whenever they are low/out or close to a safe zone or tp timer. I have even 0 9 straight times on a bot that was afk. And lm a maxed 1 def pure. I 0 9 straight times when he was 5hp. Also look how the revs are constructed. Agility shortcuts.. (webweaver bot)and much much more to help bot farms.
Honestly at this point jagex should invest in another company’s bot protection to use rather than their own. Time and time again they’ve shown how incompetent they are…kasada, Akamai, shape - all 3 of these bot protection services are amazing, I bot shoes and these 3 companies were the biggest pain in the ass when I was at my peak. They work extremely well, and sometimes COMPLETELY deterred all botters except for the elite ones because of how effective they were at pissing off botters

I think those callisto bots all joined the same clanchat so maybe they could detect who is a member of their group to detect pk'ers or something? If you do it that way you don't have to keep a database of bot accounts I guess.

I think I know what’s up with the bot killing the other bot at the caves. I’ve seen the bots hit them with a staff of water and it got them off the revenants and I noticed it works for almost all of them so I used it to get them to hop, but it seems either there’s a way to break them or just a smaller farm around who’s script doesn’t work well because you can kill those ones if only using a staff of water. Just got one like yesterday.
I keep forgetting to email this to you. There is a group of vetion bots that will log out or disappear as soon as they detect a pker. The weird thing is, they can log out mid combat with Vetion. I have video of this where you only see the bot for a frame then it disappears. They are exploiting some bug to logout mid combat and it's well over 30 wild so they can't tele. I need answers!
As long as you are not hit by any of Vet'ions attacks, he will not directly damage you and thus you are not in combat. The only time you can be in combat during the fight is when he summons the skeleton hellhounds.

I think at this point, if they banned all of the bots and kept new ones from being made. The games economy would crash. I hope this theory is wrong.
You are correct. If every single bot were banned the economy would collapse. All of the runes, supplies, rares under 10m would be impossible to buy. Only way to not be affected by the collapse would be play Ironman lol

I tried to make a reddit post explaining that the playerbase is about 30% bots... we are just playing a fake game, 30% are bots but that isnt counting Venezuelans farming gold, the fact we still care about updates and other meaningless fixes and we arent rioting in falador till jagex puts more into bot busting and a comprehensive rework to their detection system is why this game will die.... we are not WOW we cant just have 500k bots and still be a good game, runescape isnt that popular anymore.

SirPugger I'm out here trying to finish quest reqs and there is bots all over the Iron south of Varrock in w357, they have 70+ mining and are 1 ticking the rocks so I can't get any.
So, i recently made myself an ironman, and i cant get a single rev kill due to these bots.. games so bad right now, when a real player cant kill a rev because of the bot infestation you know theres a problem
I got one of the slayer bots the other day it was 101 you have to wait inside the slayer cave and tb them right when enter but I only got 1 risked about 800k
When it comes to Jagex and bots they usually try to ban them on a new subscription rather then mid subscription. They are far more interested in getting rid of deals to maximize profits from these bot farms.

I gave up the voidwaker grind on my iron because of the bots. They are EVERYWHERE in the wilderness.
We killed a few of the slayer bots, u have to get lucky and catch them returning back. They bug out before getting back inside to cannon.

Easy method for the Slayer bots is to have multiple people on each world scouted out waiting for them to arrive before they even get there.

clan chats can be used to issue commands to the bots in the chat
took a 6 month break come back and my 120m+ bank wiped went to play quickly logged off like its ridiculous
Maybe jagex needs to add more requirements to sending rev caves? Maybe require at least 100 wildy slayer tasks and have a total level req of 1500 or something? I dunno something. Do SOMETHING to bottle neck revs please.

"I really think its a bot" it is a bot you noob. I seen these pk bots pop up last week. They are level 70 to 90 and are very good at DDing and switching. They killed my baby pure twice when i was killing revs.
@sirpugger that wildy slayer helm bot looks alot like one that me and my team killed the other day. We caught it on its way to the slayer cave. i think we reacted quick enough with the tb. it did not try to run or anything after that. just went into the cave and stood still

The staff of water bots don't bank the ether that there etherium bracelets collect. I killed one and it dropped over 10k eth.
I remember tipping you off about the medium clue bot farm some time ago, the botting is getting so out of hand these days I refuse to try to go for a rev weapon on my iron it's just unplayable
I tried to make a reddit post explaining that the playerbase is about 30% bots... we are just playing a fake game, 30% are bots but that isnt counting Venezuelans farming gold, the fact we still care about updates and other meaningless fixes and we arent rioting in falador till jagex puts more into bot busting and a comprehensive rework to their detection system is why this game will die.... we are not WOW we cant just have 500k bots and still be a good game, runescape isnt that popular anymore.

SIR PUGGER, ALL GUARDIANS OF THE RIFT WORLDS, AT LEAST 30 AT ANY TIME. SOMETIMES FREEZING AND BREAKING IN THE MIDDLE. I have seen worlds with 70-80% bots

Pk bots have been regular sight in south revs for atleast 2 months.
SirPugger I'm out here trying to finish quest reqs and there is bots all over the Iron south of Varrock in w357, they have 70+ mining and are 1 ticking the rocks so I can't get any.

So, i recently made myself an ironman, and i cant get a single rev kill due to these bots.. games so bad right now, when a real player cant kill a rev because of the bot infestation you know theres a problem

I got one of the slayer bots the other day it was 101 you have to wait inside the slayer cave and tb them right when enter but I only got 1 risked about 800k
When it comes to Jagex and bots they usually try to ban them on a new subscription rather then mid subscription. They are far more interested in getting rid of deals to maximize profits from these bot farms.

That last guy has to be the same that was running the ecumentical jey bot farm.
They are unkillable without tedium, and its not good gp/h.

Actually the streaming bot is using a different script from those staff bash bots.
sirpugger you can kill the bots at wilderness crab teleport some of them dont hop and risk alot like 2m some times but you have be quick
