    Hey! It's Fuji C200! A cheap and cheerful favourite. Please excuse the deterioration of some of the quality in the photos due to compression, but hopefully this gives you all a taste for some of the potential of this great budget film 😁

    • @LukeLovett

      You get a free roll of C200 everytime you drop off a roll to develop at Digi Life cannington. You mentioned you were from Perth, so i thought i would comment. BTW, i love the C200 too. Couldn't agree more!

    Please compare c200 vs Gold 200, both are equally cheap in germany, but you get the Kodak in every Drugstore

    The Fuji C200 andKodak Ultramax are my go-to budget films. Both look really nice! I prefer them to the more common Fuji Supra and Kodak Gold. I really like the Kodak ProImage too for slower speed stuff.

    I love cheap film 🎞 for both point and shoot 📸 Try using a magic marker and fill in the bar code on the film canister! It will default to the lowest ASA your point and shoot will shoot at (100ASA) with your FujiFilm C200 next time around Hashen! Great job and I look forward to your next video

    Great video! C200 is one of my favorite films, along with ColorPlus 200. I find these budget films to lack the latitude of more premium film, so I personally stick to box speed. However, I still normally expose for the shadows, unless I want to try and preserve highlight detail. But, great results!

    Nice review. Love the film too, has to be the best value going. Having watched this I tried rating the film at 100 and exposing the shadows. Having shot a number of rolls like this I have to say this tends to result in overexposure for me. Whilst the film looks nice overexposed slightly, I now prefer to shoot it rated at box speed, still exposing the shadows.

      Hey thanks! I would generally use something higher speed for street between ISO 400-1600, but still enjoy occasionally using low speed films on the street because they can tend to have great colours. For example: Kodak Ektar, slide films, etc can work brilliantly on the streets.

      Oh, here they're both the same price, except C200 comes in multipacks which work out cheaper than Colorplus (also a very nice film)

      Do you remember the parameters that you used in the shell photo at night?

    • @pushingfilm
      @pushingfilm  5 лет назад +1

      No, processed normally. I don't remember exactly, but it was about 5.6, 4-8 seconds :)

      It's by a great artist called Massroom as linked in the description. The intro song is on the album "Beat Tape", give it a listen on soundcloud.

    Please dont make the pictures smaller. I know its propably because of the low res, but its hard to see them properly on a phone

    I'm not sure why, but for me looks better when a 400 is overexposed

    You shot the roll at ISO 100, that is not pushing, that is pulling the speed. Pushing to one stop would be ISO 400. Why not shoot this as I shot it which is push to one stop, and and slightly under a half a stop-but process Normal..... I shoot both Fuji and Kodak 200 & 400, but alas no AGFA, It's gone but it goes to red shift when scanning.

      I never said I was pushing it, "Pushing Film" is just the name of our channel, its a play on words :D What I did isn't "pulling" either (that is done in processing, ie. under-developing) I simply overexpose and develop normally. Underexposing your film and developing normally isn't pushing also; pushing is done in development (longer time in the developer)
