You may have diverticulitis. Many people have it. My dad has it and it wasn’t diagnosed for years. It’s very painful yes and they thought it could be celiac or IBS or something but nope it was diverticular disease. Do get it checked out x

His flare ups aren't usually that bad but one time he did eat gluten for the first time in a very long time and he ended up having a severe episode to your extent and he actually had to get admitted because his spleen almost ruptured. You should try to convert an Enchilada Soup recipe to vegan. I made a Chicken Enchilada Soup in my crockpot yesterday that tasted pretty bomb - it had no gluten ingredients to it, and I'm sure it would come out nicely with crumbled tofu instead of shredded chicken in it.
