This is one old school problem. During scooter days these problems were a lot. But now a days what happens to mechanics they have lost all old school diagnostic techniques
Any company authorised service centre is there to replace the costliest parts and give you brand new running type vehicle so that their brand image is not hampered they will never repair allways replace everything

Always faced these kinda problems on company's service centers except ktm, their mechanics are somewhat good but i still prefer them for only regular work and get most of the work done locally

Same happens to me in classic 350 signals after i ride my bike around 4 to 5 km it starts missing i found out that it was faulty spark plug after changing the problem solves .
I'm also facing the same issue. Jaise hi bike heat up ho jati thi, after 3.5 - 4000 rpm k bich me rpm starts dropping even after accelerating it and could hear some weird noise from the engine. Thank you so much for diagnosing the issue.❤
This information is for everyone. Any kind of missing/ misfiring. First thing to reach is Spark plugs. 2nd is plug wires 3rd is fuel filter 4th is fuel pump if any. 5 is ECU / ECM. 6th O2 sensor if any 7th is AirFilter. If still not able to diagnose then you a have good luck in replacing the bike with the Dealer/ Motorcycle Manufacture

Very good video! I have some quick questions: If the one of the cylinder don't fire because of some reason, won't the ECU able to detect it and set a DTC code? If the fuel injector not performing properly, won't the ECU detect it and set DTC code? If any one of the cylinder is knocking, won't the ECU able to detect it and set DTC code? I have asked these questions, because I do get DTC code for all those above situations.

Had a similar issue with my 2022 Int 650. And after researching online it was narrowed down to - Faulty Relays Ignition Coils Fuel Pump RR Unit The issue was never solved. It comes and goes and never shows itself to service center guys. But I already told them the result of my research. It always happens after ~5k of agressive riding and when engine gets hot. Sometimes it happens just after warming up, sometimes it won't happen for days of long riding.

The problem seems to be gone now, maybe because the season is dry. I noticed that the problem occurred after a wash and during the rainy season.

Royal Enfield service centre mechanics are newbies, they are there to learn, they are only expert in changing engine oil. The mechanics in market are real gems, who are expert in all types of royal enfield bike, from cast iron bullet to latest model. They know everything about them. Be it Rammi bhai, or any other local mechanic. My tip : look for some local mechanic, who you seen working on old model bullets , you will not be disappointed.
Bhai having same issue i.e missing problem.. Its specifically on the right silencer ... RE had recently changed the Fuel Pump as it had stopped working...and my bike has less than 1500km of run and bought Dec 21..Huge quality issues..
Even I got mine in Dec 2021 and had a feul pump problem around 1700kms..the bike failed to start when it got hot, after changing the relays for 2times they finally changed the feul pump. Apparently, major bikes manufactured in that time period were having same problems.

Jaise GT ka right side pataka mara mera left wala pataka marke bend pipe hi jala dia. Local ek Garage mein dikhya to sirf plugs ko change kia. Uske bad jyada prb hua nehi. i got exactly same issue with my gt650 the issue was of the charger of the bike which circulates all the electric power to fuel injector and the ecu, i changed the charger of the vehicle and now its completely fine
Sir, frankly speaking RE service centeres are not having trained good mechanics, I had a simple chain and sprocket change so went to the royal Enfield cafe , baga Goa, they spoiled my bike and tappered sound started comming , before giving the bike it was ok and no sound was comming, they told me they have to do engine work costing 40000 , I told them don't do anything and took the bike to a private mechanic, he solved the issues in rs 2500 only..... I complained to RE but no use ..... These service centeres are only to make money and loot us.... Rammi bhai , mechanics like you are a blessing to the whole RE community 🙏

Yes, the issue is resolved now. I got the Spark plug coil changed and also cleaned the fuel injector system.
