Yes can be done. It’s good. But will suggest to keep spare time and may take a break at sarchu depending on current weather conditions.

@Ravi Shanker Tiwari If you are well acclimatised and you start around 6AM from Leh then you very well can reach Manali by 6 P.M., provided weather and roads both are open
