- A demonstration of all Yuri's artes, burst artes, and mystic arte.
Like the other ones, took quite a while
Used Minimum damage so I could do a bunch of artes on the same monster.
To extend Brutal Fang, tap B
To extend Savage Wolf Fury, must have "Hit Plus" skill equipped and tap B
I used overlimit 1 for each burst arte to show what the weakest version is.
Used overlimit 4 for mystic arte.
I put a random combo at the end since the video itself seemed a bit short. That combo barely shows off (if at all) and I do not want any comments about you being able to combo better, I've done better.
And I used Rhybgaro for this whole video because he's awesome, nuff' said xD.
Dhaos Blast wasn't in this video because I haven't completed the EX dungeon yet, sorry.

Yuri moves are sweet hope asbel can compete. Yuri artes outshine most tales swordsman.
Great to see someone actual invest in doing this. A FULL ARTES EXHIBITION. I've had the game forever and know all the ins and outs but i was still waiting for someone to do this ^_^. My only gripe is that i think you should have done lv 3 burst arte (Divine Wolf - Flood got no justice. lol) And good thing i read your description because i was about to say "HEY WHERES DHAOS BLAST! XD"

I don't know why but every move Yuri makes in the battlefield looks so beautiful,
it's almost like he was dancing....
Oh lol Yuri's Frigid Blast. He literally drops the sword and kicks it into the air back into his hand. That showing off is just completely unnecessary, Yuri.

Yuri truly is the most badass sworduser in the Tales series, don't go comparing him to those regular Knight class characters like Cless, Veigue and Reid.
He ain't no Knight, he's a Swordmaster or Trueblade.
But will Asbel, Graces lead character, give Yuri a run for his money?

the Dhaos Blast is From Destruction Field their is a Cape It can chane the arte when you equip the cape it will change the Destruction Field to Dhaos Blast

Frigid Blast is the altered arte of Final Gale. If you looked a little harder, you would notice that both attacks look the same save for the final execution. Though, I can see how you would mistake Frigid blast for Raging blasts altered arte yeah.

@RileyIronstand93 um i like to try a combination of each arte, but it shouldnt be to much to do, i got over 200+ with each arte for Yuri so maybe 100+ for each and certain abilities equipped, if you dont get it look on gamefaqs since they pretty much tell you everything you need to know
@xTheLemon If this game was localized the sales would be great, they just dont know how much potential this game has and im pretty sure theres alot of Tales Fans in the US that really want this, but i suppose we should be glad to atleast get Tales of Graces F
@Bobownzall1 Lloyd is a DUAL swordsman. If it's a single sword user, then Yuri wins in number of combos.
you should've used overlimit 3 for the burst artes. overlimit 1 only does the first part of them. they get longer and hit more times at higher overlimit levels.
@linke00 For Divine wolf storm you need Alembic and Gale.
And for Crush you need Athenor and Crucible :P
I agree. I dont know how, but Namco managed to make this game even better than Tales of the Abyss. I think its because of the characters, Vesperia characters kick so much ass.
So, IMO, ToV is the best tales game EVER.
@Bobownzall1 Pretty much like Lloyd, because he has a dagger AND Chaltier. But he does look like he can rival Yuri in combo speeds if he was using Chaltier only.

Like whicih skills do you equip or which weapons do you use? Because I'm at a loss, GameSpot doesn't help as much as I thought xD;;
lol about the random combo at the end, but you didn't quite show the full versions of some of the burst artes, due to the fact you killed the monster halfway through them. Still, a great video.

Yuri = best in combat only due to his infinite. If we discounted that, the title of best combat-wise would go to Emil, but then again, his Ignis-Havoc Strike could be considered an infinite...
Shing, maybe. Before you say that everyone in ToH can pull an infinite, it's only infinite in ToH UNTIL THE EG GAUGE RUNS OUT.
But yeah, Emil is just fun to control. Oh, and Marta. Four words: BLAH BLAH BLAH PHOTON.

you can only activie divine wolf moves in burst form right or can you learn them like alterd artes

Frigid blast is the altered form of Raging Blast, correct? if so i have the Vorpal sword but I've used raging Blast with it equipped and nothing happened, also if you could be so kind to list out which artes are altered from his special weapons cuz i kinda forgot

Super late reply, but it's 3 skills in particular that you get from Yuri's sub weapon, the Tyrant Fist, and the skills' names are High Tension, Hyper Tension, and Ultimate Tension
Okay at about 1:42 in yuri uses overlimit then uses azure storm, and then divine wolf-crush. I thought the arcane/altered arte must connect in order to perform the burst arte?
No you just need to perform the arcane/altered arte and the hold the arte button to perform the burst arte
When do you unlock Tiger Blade and Shining Eagle. like what lvls?
I still think Llyod is the best swordsman, although, when it comes to being a combist, it's hard between him and Leon....

i thought yuri was broken.
i know it, why Xbox version sucks only in japan?, the english version is only for xbox, virtually not everybody knows japanese and not everybody knows the existance of that version, you should try to catch what you read, but i think the same as you, the PS3 version must be international (at least with english subtittles and menu) even if it remains only for ps3 in fact when Xilia comes out i'll get one.
