Great video. What does care package mean in the gym chalk community? I’ve seen it several times now. Anyone know?
I would like to think I started this, I hadn’t see it before, I started doing it. Anyway, I started calling it a care package because I think I botched my 4k or 5k celebration video so it was a make up. I called it a care package because it was a variety of reforms and Gymchalk blocks. I don’t know why anyone else calls it that.

They’re a bit out of frame in some of the crushes. Some people like to make a big stink out of that stuff. I think audio is most important so all that stuff is secondary. Video’s great ❤
