Great job Kate💖! I got my first Kelly wallet from a consignment shop (years ago) and have put together an amazing collection of vintage Hermes wallets/bags since then. I look for structure issues first: loose/ missing stitches or tears as these are the most difficult and expensive things to repair, followed by glazing issues. Cleaning and reconditioning is the easiest and least expensive repair. An Hermes wallet/bag is made to last a life time with proper care and I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth with all of mine ( including an exotic skin money/card from TRR)!
