外旋/內旋是解剖學的說法. 內旋(內轉) Internal or Medial Rotation. 外旋(外轉) External or Lateral Rotation, 通常形容肩關節/髖關節的運動方向. 但是, 前臂彎曲的旋轉運動方式 用的詞應該是 旋前(Pronation,旋下) 或是 旋後(Supination, 旋上). 估計網友是想形容手腕由身體中央往身體外側移動, 所以誤用 外旋 這個詞吧. 應該是 旋後.
