    8:17 MY OPINION : 1) there should be a BODY which only motive is to take down those videos which will potentially degrade our country's image and Take legal action against that person. Sooner or later if we don't do this doesn't matter if we become a superpower nation, if we move out to a different country we will be looked as a degraded individual.
    2) Implementing strict Hygiene accessories (like gloves, dustbin etc) to Street Vendors and integrating a street vendors to a digi locker like app where they are verified for their safety measurements, and we can verify their hygeine points through that app.

    2nd January 2025: (no attack mode)
    - Slept early last night at around 11:15 pm and woke up at around 7:10 am.
    - Went for a morning walk for 1 hour, completed 6k steps there.
    - Then went to the gym for 1.5 hours, did shoulders and cardio, completed 5k more steps there (which makes total 11k steps for the day).
    - Worked for total of 6 hours today for a) a freelancing job I have and b) my own personal content creation work. (today work was focused more on the freelancing job, than my own work but managed to cover almost everything for my work).
    (I plan on updating here daily, which hopefully will keep me more motivated)

      Their is no audience for this. They're basically exploiting the fact that we now know how algorithm works. Trigger/hook/subject/doubt/solution/trail. This basically allows to sheer through the algorithm to pop up on people's screen.
      Note:- Report system of social media doesn't work that much. A gay sex video was viral on Instagram without any restrictions.

      3) Work on your physique atleast 20-25 mins of walk or any sort of workout which keeps your body and brain healthy.
      When your body and mind will be healthy and surrounded by good knowledge your mind and body will automatically support you in your work/studies.
      4) Eat healthy.
      5) Make a Goal Template for Tommorow, before you sleep.
      6) Try to achieve your daily goals.
      7) Don't be Harsh, improve your study hours slowly and steadily.
      Be practical, sometimes you might have brain fatigue and diff issues ... So that day might not be too good as expected but be grateful and plan for the next day 🏆
      8) Spend your most free time in good content.

    Environmental engineering me pura topic hai waste water treatment and Jo Puneet khata hai woh sludge hoti hai joki sweage ka bhi waste hota hai means usme organic and inorganic matters present Hai, waha full decomposition and partial decomposition (poisonous) chalti hai multiple toxic bacteria and gases hai like H2S, CH4. I wonder Yeh banda abhi tak zinda kaise hai 🤧
