Where’er you walk Handel (1685-1759)
Handel was a German born composer of the Baroque period who lived in London working as court composer for King George III. Known for his operas and oratorios perhaps the most famous is his Messiah oratorio.
My first Handel aria taking place in one of Handel’s many opera’s ‘Semele’, the God Jupiter arranges for Semele’s sister to be taken to his palace in the sky and he assures that the garden will be safe and like a paradise.
