my mom has been in the hospital for a few days now after she had been diagnosed with liver cancer not even 4 weeks ago, one day after we got tickets for a lotl show next month. every day when i left after visiting her, i told her something like "see you tomorrow" or "see you soon". same today. we all knew she was going to die, it could happen any second, she was just too sick and there was nothing any doctor could have done for her now, but it felt better to say this instead of farewell. a few hours ago we got the call that she passed, peacefully, without any pain, in her sleep. now i'm crying my eyes out, listening to this song again, but in the good way, knowing she's in a better place now and we will meet again someday. this band has helped me get through the darkest times of my life and i am unimaginably thankful for every song these guys have made, because i know their music will help me get through this as well. much love and respect for these beautiful, kind-hearted and incredibly talented human beings ❤

This is the first song I heard from Lord of the Lost 10 years ago. I've been a fan of them since then. Theses guys are so talented and their music quality only gets better over time.
My best friend died two days ago, and his brother told me that he wanted us to hear this song. I've been crying for a while but, actually this song helped me to smile and even started to sing again. I know I'll see him again, I just have to move on, live and wait. :') To this band, thanks a lot for this song, it's so amazing.
What an underrated song, deserves million of views! Love it and I'm glad that I found out about this band.

I found them quite by accident one day...my computer slipped and my hand hit buttons and WOW !!! These guys popped up on my screen, so I thought...well...I guess I'll listen...and now, they are one of my very favorite and loved groups....

I'm so glad you told me that, because, I want to start my own "Heavy Metal" RUclips, or Facebook, I'm not sure how that works, but I NEED to know about as many different Metal groups as possible, so I can post them, I need variety in the Metal Group......so, I will be listening to Rammstein,Oomph , and Saltatio mortis tonight....FOR the FIRST time too....!!!!! I'm pretty new to Metal Groups (Bands)...Thank you for your help and advice, and.....anyone's ideas will help it to be a Good Metal Group for people to watch, and, post their favorites too....( Of course ) !!! I have always been into music like Moody Blues, Gregorian Monks "Masters of Chant"...Era, Enigma, but after trying out Metal music recently...I have changed QUITE a bit which music I REALLY like NOW !!!!
@@lorettawilson7264 if you like Japanese music maximum the hormone and dadaroma is good, if you like "sick" guitar play then i would reccomend children of bodom. If you like dark and messed up lyrics white chapel are the go to (these guys are a bit heavier though its an acquired taste cannibal corpse is also there but i dont care for them). If you want softer metal then kamelot and nightwish are rather good (kamelot is a male vocalist while nightwish is a female one). Those are my general go to metal bands then cradle of filth is there as well
Chris Harms proves once again what an outstanding singer and songwriter he is. The song cuts deep into the heart and moves to tears. "See You Soon" is not a song you can listen to on the side.
The orchestral version (Gothic meets Klassik, full show, 2nd song) hits hard.The lyrics are pure poetry. What a talented band.

This is sad and beautiful at the same time.
How come this band are not up there with the likes of Zeppelin, Floyd, Maiden etc? How is it possible for a band to keep producing such brilliant music, but somehow stay under the radar? Thanks Chris and the band for the conveyor belt of class, one day LOTL will get the recognition they deserve.

Today, one year ago I said goodbye to my dog after a hard fight against cancer. My smile was the last thing he saw before leaving. I know for sure that being to his side until the last moment was the right thing, despite how so f#$% hard it was. I'm sorry for your loss.
