There are some advantages between the 2 tanks , 1 is armor : t29 has slightly more armor than m vii yoh and yoh has 100+ armor 2: speed , m vii yoh has a good maneuverability and a good dmg combined : t29 is slightly slower and so as its tank turret rotation ,its slow making him also vulnerable to get many shots , 3: reload time , t29 has faster reload to a M vii yoh that has massive dmg but a long reload time , making t29 also able to shoot faster than m vii yoh

as of this day the vk 45 is a discount tiger II, which to put it mildly, it sucks at. there really isn't anything redeeming about it aside from the turret and gun (which you get on the tiger II anyway) and the fact that it's slightly faster.
