I suppose Jacks camp in Botswana is only affordable by princes like Harry, but I am sure Megan will stay at home. I must say "Jack", your place is exquisite, definitely for the rich and famous only.

That dumping site in NWP happens when facilities are not provided for formal or informal settlements. It's a testament to the incompetence and indifference of local government. There is much to do.

Those officials are never held to account. Much change needs to happen in governance.

Be real. Are you saying that the residence should not take responsibility for their actions? People doing this do not have self-respect and respect for God's creation. On Judgement Day, they will answer in person. They're the once that littered. Yes, the government must enforce the law and sanctions. The reason is that the government promulgated the Prevention of Illegal Eviction Act, which entails that I can appropriate property and can not be evicted unless alternatives are suggested to the culprits. This Act creates lawlessness and is exploited by foreigners and locals. The constitution is abused ito a right to property/living quarters in the absence of a better prescriptive phrase. A constitutional right is not absolute and is restricted. It is about time that the abuse of rights is addressed. No one has a right. Everything is grace. If you are too lazy to work, you deserve to be hungry.

@@louisvanniekerk2612 Unfortunately most people the world over are like children and require parenting. Where there's a lack of good governance, this happens.
