I am happy that this couple had so much chemistry as the lead pair definitely didn’t have it. It would have been so dull to watch this drama if it had only jun pyo and Jandi love story. I wonder how the other versions would have been where Rui( here Jihoo) have no romantic feelings towards the female lead.

However, with Meteor Garden 2001, much as I liked Jerry Yan, I loved Vic Zhou & again disappointing not to see them end together, but on the positive side, they had a movie, Mars with Vic Zhou (2nd lead on MG) and Barbie Hsu (female lead on MG) so fans who wanted Vic at least got to see them together. I'd love to see a drama with Kim Hyun Joong & Ku Hye-Sun together!
