If you have GNS3 all set up and running, depending on your situation, I don't see a real need for CML. As you know GNS3 requires images that might be hard to get while CML comes with all the main devices (ASAs, routers and switches) ready for you. And the paid version, open the door to many other devices and platforms. I will still use GNS3 as my main lab tool, since it's all set.
