I don't think they are underrated.? Actually there are people who thinks Scandal is overrated. They have many fans abroad and in Japan. It's just their high career peak is in 2010 to 2015/2016 (my opinion only). Some fans just don't like the experimental songs they are releasing now. So maybe that's the reason why you can't see a pop up recommendation of their live in this app. Sorry for my wrong grammar.
