Agreed, but kind of an ironic statement, since we don't need grace unless we abuse it, at least His kind of grace. Thanks be to Jesus, the embodiment of grace, who allowed us to abuse Him so His salvation could be ours. Indeed, we have become rich because He gave up His riches for us.

To remain faithful and true to the written word of God, it would be safe to say that “grace” is a virtue coming from God that is totally of his own volition and without any merit from the receiver of the said grace from God. If this is true, what possible action of a man or woman could entice God to apply grace to any one? NOTHING!
