Please check the mode in which you are using. Keep the thermometer on body model and scan the temperature by keeping the forehead or wrist at a distance of 2-10cm.
This Product Is Not Successful, I Have Many contact with Business Man,they Said this Product Is Nor Good Neither faulty product...This Is Chinese Product I think.. They purchased other Brand of this product.
