do all my artifact upgrades get considered when being calibrated in a tourney? if im stage 3000 but my artifacts can easily push me to 6000, will it match me with 6000 players? (just a hypothetical scenario)
All your current artifacts and total relics earned are considered and matched with ppl similar to you, thats why you dont buy new artifacts untill your inside a tourney 👍🏻

You can get more mana from limit break skill and siphon skill, theres also artifacts that increase mana, do you have any of them? Also are you levelling up all your heroes as you play? As some heroes give mana gain also
BoS at 0% or 90%+ wich one is the best option?
Always keep BoS ovse 5% bit i would have it over 90% befoee a tourney if possible then in tourney push [keeping over 5%] then ouside tourney back high again.

Just before tournaments i have mine over 70% then in tournaments i switch to leveling the other artifacts, long as BoS doesnt drop below 10% at any time, your fine.

If you can afford it, yeah, any money spent just makes levelling tiny bit quicker but not 100% needed

I would go imaculate arbiter to get more relics which is more important
