    My Ocean Ultra was delivered today here in Massachusetts. I’m so damn impressed with the quality of this car! I test drove it in August, 2023. Wanted it since my first $250 deposit 02/14/22. I have to believe that I absolutely made the correct decision…..🤞🏼Thanks Ocean1 for everything you do!!!

    People forget that Fisker has a contract with CATL for their battery supply, "CATL to supply Fisker Ocean production with small (LFP) and large (NMC) advanced battery packs over multiple years and is fully on track to support the Nov. 17, 2022 start of production milestone and subsequent ramp-up."
    And CATL has been coming out with long-range batteries (up to 600 miles, or a month worth of driving).
    I womder if everything was going well, this would possitively affect Fisker.

      Yes and No. CATL being our supplier forces us to lose the tax credit due to the IRA

    Based on my understanding of 8K, it is a bi-weekly affair , unless something dramatic changes about the company situation that can dramatically affect the stock price, so since in the previous 8K they mentioned the immediate change in chief restructuring officer in case the note holder DID NOT accept the offer and Fisker was heading for BK , IMO updating the 8K and putting out the news would have been the priority which would have brought the stock price dramatically lower over some news about potential buyers that pumped the stock on Friday , so unless Fisker is now itching for lawsuits on top of their other troubles , I would say nothing dramatic has happened ( or at least that is what the common sense tells me) should have they updated the 8K if note holder accepted the offer ? i don't think that would made a difference on Friday since they fed some good news to the media anyway.
    In summary , SEC only cares about the news that can have major effect on the stock price, so to avoid updating the 8K on Friday and allow the stock to move up would get SEC's attention and open up Fisker for law suits by those who purchased shares on Friday .

    Fisker... FSRN..159 % Gains month. Leading the EV sector in April. The 10-K filing is the start of the next stage for Fisker and it's future product line. Expecting more new Dealerships to open in May. . Thumbs up video/ comments. Thanks.

    Hi Thanks again for the videos. Really if Fisker goes BK then the note holder gets next to nothing? If so isn't in the note holders interest to bend to make this work. Also who appointed the CRO the noteholder? Thanks again

    It wont be bankruptcy or a buyout. The buyout talks is to get a cash injection. The investor will want to make money on equity. 2025 noteholder is owed about 180 million, they will be completely paid off and the 2026 noteholder conversion price will be renegotiated to a much lower amount. Everyone wins this way. During a bankruptcy there will be losers and it will cost more if a buy out and they cant gain on equity.

      Could be an option, but selling of their home could mean Fiskers moving back home to Austria or could be completely unrelated. One article I read stated they asked banks to find a buyer, if no $$ offers are published, then maybe it will turn out to be true, maybe the article was just assuming.

    if there were any real potential of one of those 4 buyers, I don't think it would have been announced to staff and leaked the way it was. It's a ruse to stall until bankruptcy filing. it doesn't make sense otherwise.

      Exactly!! Henrik just wants one more cash grab before he disappears again 😂 Last time he announced a potential buyer/s..everyone ran and bought up shares lol. He also deleted his socials right after. Anyone who believes anything Henrik says deserves to lose their money 😂

    Off topic again but I'm picking up my Extreme from Classic Fisker, likely on Friday when I get back from a biz trip to Toronto. Does anyone know the top speed? Not an issue as I live in Nashville and not Germany but I was just curious.

    I don't blame you for being an optimist, but as of April 2024 Fisker has a market cap of $52.81 Million. They don't really own any assets, potentially some IP but a lot of Ocean is made with off the shelf parts and built by Magna. If you look at China, there are just so many EV companies now as EVs are pretty much like android phones. Anyone can make them. Why would anyone buy Fisker (let alone for £2 bn???), I really don't know... So in a nutshell, sadly I don't see much of a future for Fisker :(

      They own $600 million in machinery and tooling at Magna Graz. It costs billions to enter the EV market and bring a vehicle to where they have.

      Have you ever attended a restaurant auction? Most of the equipment sells for a small percentage of cost and I kind of expect it would be the same in this scenario. There would be a small number of potential buyers so you won’t get bidding excitement driving the price up.

    Generally it costs billions for a start up to bring out their first electric car to the market , which is inline with Fisker’s financial situation. Rivian, for example, needed 10.5 billion before its first vehicle came on the market. I might be way way off, but the investors know what it takes and would rather not force chapter 11 on the company, potentially loosing their money. Also , a potential buyer knows how much effort is required to bring an EV to the market . You’re asking for a miracle, which to me seems like a logical conclusion, and a likely outcome , but I don’t know the future or who will pull the trigger and in what direction. Don’t loose your positivity just yet 😅

      Also , timing is a factor - as the world moves away from gas powered vehicles, more and more companies are trying to make themselves like Tesla . It would make sense to pick this up now and build on it , rather than spend years trying to develop and compete for a spot on the EV scene . Fisker made a lot of noise and has recognition. The narrative can be flipped from negative to positive with a good software update and some PR , RUclips , etc. nothing is lost yet

      I can't answer that. If Fisker survives and can be serviced under warranty, 40k is a crazy good deal. If not, it could be a nightmare if you have problems.

    On the $2B in liabilities, any creditor that's been waiting for payment would certainly accept a lower amount rather than zero at this point. Most restructuring efforts will push for 10 to 25 cents on the dollar as full settlement, and surprisingly many vendors may still continue to do business although some may require upfront payments or deposits to keep going. The problem with a large OEM coming in now would give hope to creditors that they could get fully repaid, and that would not be a good use of an acquiring company's capital. So I just don't see a Nissan, a Tesla, a Stellantis stepping up here. Again, I'm sure there have been discussions with Chinese automakers but no news is not good news in this case. If Henrik had someone credible on the line here, he certainly would be broadcasting it. Keep an eye on the company-owned stores and service centers; their closure should be a canary in the coal mine. Third party dealers don't count since they will be the last to know if Fisker folds.

      Very true, but the first note holder has to be satisfied as they own us BEFORE anyone else. Then everyone else gets in line. At this point, for the shareholders to get anything at all it looks very very grim.

      Agree. But, Chapter 11 will do the same faster, cheaper and easier. It will also put professional management on place and get rid of the dual class share structure. Any new capital will be used for reorganization and funding business growth instead of paying debts. Will also isolate the company for other risks and liabilities.
      Let´s assume the court gives new investor 70% of the company and 30% to current creditors (partners, suppliers, vendors, customers, etc.). Think you are an OEM or Investment Bank executive trying to sell the idea to your management. What scenario would you be presenting, out-of-court restructuring or Chapter 11 reorganization?

    Fisker is the only company where we know everyone on staff by name. This is the second car soap opera after the SAAB debacle that blows my mind. With Mr. Ocean1's detective work and analysis daily and the love of his car and company, someone needs to buy Fisker and give him the chief spokesman role for the company.
    It would be better if Nissan just took them over most likely after 11.
    I have only invested a small amount and lost and pulled out. I reenter as OTC will an even smaller amount. I will just HOLD.

      I would say , we all due respect, everyone should take Ocean 1 or any youtuber's opinions as they are, their opinions . Unless Ocean 1 has some insider information all I see in 10K is company promoting their product and then rumours of buyouts . I go with that

    Also regarding the OTC most people cannot trade and even if they could trade with another broker most brokers will not let people move shares in to a OTC account bad days for stock holders

    The company is essentially worthless at this point, considering liabilities. There is literally nothing left, and it’s too bad, because some of the ideas are interesting. I was hoping to buy back in, but very unlikely now. Looks like it will be loss/write offs for the foreseeable future, which stinks, but recoups some.
    The company is/was so horribly ran. It’s crazy.

    TSLA may have found a bottom. Had negative free cash flow but they are investing heavily in the business and their future products. Still had $21B in revenue, over $1B in profit. I live in a medium sized town in the Midwest and see Tesla’s everywhere. Chart looks great right now, trading it with a little leverage via TSLL

    i wouldnt say 4 OEM "are interested in purchasing fisker". More like 4 OEMs havent laughed henrik out of the building and may be considering something.

      Four is just the Beginning, only took a few days after the 10- K filing for Fisker to receive these. Should be an interesting next 3 weeks.

    Stop talking about a buyout. Not going to happen. It's just wishfull thinking. There is no buisness case for that scenario. Only option Fisker has is Chapter 11.
