Kidd definitely didn’t have his team ready to defend 5 out… that’s who the Celtics are… baffling
Kidd using Tim Hardaway during the most crucial part of the game did not help either. THJ should be a DNP for the rest of the series, and his Mav career.

He was trying to do something the mavs couldn't guard anyone...I think the mavs have to put more guards on floor if they don't thus series will be over fast. Mavs bigs won't be a factor to celtics.

Kidd just tries things out Game 1. He uses it as scouting tbf.
1st quarter has been Mavs achilles this whole playoffs. With the C’s, helping on drives just makes that problem worse. 1st quarter every defender gotta nut up and try to stay in front of their man, no help. After the 1st, then go w/ your gameplan. Mavs got molly whopped in the first (37-20), but won quarters 2-4 (70-69). W/ 77 and 11 leading the Mavs I feel very comfortable w/ a close game in the 4th quarter. Just can’t let them shoot a barrage of open 3’s to start the game.
Celtics won qtrs 1 and 2 mavs won qtrs 3 and 4.. so thts wrong

Agree, just slow starts, not that alarming vs worse teams but vs Celtics they can knock you out fast.

Kleber playin more minutes than Gafford is crazy…especially when Kleber is passing up open 3s
This was why the Celtics have been the best team all year. They play as a team on both sides. It's almost impossible to win a game with less then 20 assists let alone only having 9...
Celtics are different. They have more than just a couple of good players. They always have 5 good players on tbe floor.
I don’t think this is a good series for Josh Green, would rather have Hardy in
idk about either one of them their both testing porzingus at the rim and rushing their shots i think mava need to play half court offense and limit boston from going nuclear and playing at lukas pace the only guy that shouls be moving the ball up the floor fast and making decisions is luka and lyrie these other guys make very bad decisions
Hardy has guts and if he’s not a primary ball handler he’s a good option on offense and brings great energy

Come on Kidd. You are gonna have to play your best players first and then get the second string in playing mode. Slow the tempo down. You can’t play the same way you have against the wolves. You need athletic good players that are fast. You played 4 or 5 they didn’t even need to be on the court. Need to play luka, Kyrie, gafford, Washington, and lively. Exum and green need to be traded. And the other two big men you got that can’t tie their shoe
Don't forget Tim Hardaway Jr he needed to be traded asap
