About "Ow Bordom"
What makes southern Iranian music different is its energy and vitality. Its warm and active music evokes images of the sea, the sun, the fishermen's boat, and palm trees.
Music and dance are current in the lives of the people of southern Iran.
When we heard the unique melody of "Ow Bordom" with the voice of the famous "Dezfuli" singer, Mr. Mandeh, we were attracted to its lively melody and rhythm and its energy. The arrangement of this work is a tribute to them and their kindness.
اُبُردُم
ویژگی خاص موسیقی جنوب ایران که آنرا از سایر مناطق ایران متمایز می‌کند. موسیقی گرم و اکتیو آن است که تصویری از دریا و آفتاب و قایق ماهیگیران و درختان خرما را تداعی می‌کند. موسیقی و رقص در زندگی مردمان جنوب ایران جاریست. وقتی ملودی بی‌نظیر "اُو بردُم" را با صدای "مانده" خواننده معروف دزفولی شنیدیم، جذب ملودی و ریتم پرتحرک و فضای پرانرژی آن شدیم. تنظیم این اثر ادای دَینِ ما به مهر صیقل یافته‌ آنهاست
