I am very sorry fellow, BUT floods are God's PUNISHMENTS for SIN, as every other catastrophe that is NOT caused by men, for God Almighty is a REVENGER of SIN, therefore keep The Torah(first 5 books of the holy Bible), His holy and righteous commandments and THEN will God manifest Himself to thee and will deliver thee from ALL troubles, for without KEEPING The Torah, NO MAN will be saved, for God's precious blood DESTROYETH SIN, but how can man's sins be destroyed if a man doth NOT REPENT and continue to DESPISE God's Torah, therefore God sends His judgments. Take the Torah and live.
