A variety of seagrasses could be maintained in the marine tank with some difficulty (in terms of care and availability) and I admit I'm a sucker for marine elasmobranch systems, but a heavily planted tank would fit perfectly with the natural wall behind it!

Some of them but one of those is the fish that Suction cups to the bottom of sharks (Forgetting its name) They sometimes come into shore but not this shallow.
Stingrays are probably fine
The sharks depending on the species they might be getting stressed

Usually, it's the other way around, with certain fish like puffers, triggerfish, and angelfish causing blindness in captive sharks by pecking at their eyes.
