Insane this game is still so loved. I miss the old rainbow games too
This shows that you can be a monster with aim but without tactic and operators knowledge you get f*ed very hard in siege, that's why i returned on it after a 1 year stop, nothing compares to siege, it's so unique

This game is fun as hell if you like team work. It's a nightmare for solo but that kinda comes with the genre
if u understand the basic (default setup, map knowledge, OP abilities) solo Q is not a big deal, i've been solo Q rank since bought the game (end of year 5)
Definitely depends on the randoms you get. I get some great randos sometimes but last night I got the most obnoxious toxic racists imaginable.
@@Ketol1510 That's a lot of the community, just comes with the game package. Though if you report them usually something gets done, at least for me. I usually always get a notification about a report doing something a day or 2 later
Solo Q is only dogshit in below Plat 4-3. Above that it’s much better but when you’re getting to there you will see an ungodly amount of terrible teammates and you will have to carry every game basically
@@abdulrasyiid I know all of that and still can’t play solo. I guess is preference but I just can’t stand bad teammates and I’m not just talking about them not getting kills, I’m talking about not communicating and talking shit the whole game
For me, the game was insanely fun by myself as I was learning, but the more and more you understand the less and less fun it becomes alone, and only really starts to bring the same level of enjoyment if you play with *consistent* teammates. Running around fragging is just not as fun as executing strategies with a squad and seeing improvement as a whole unit.

I feel the same way bro. I used to love this game but like 2 years ago I found out that is not as fun if you play by yourself. I used to play with a stack of 5 with my friends but we went separate ways and I wish I could play siege again but is not as fun
I was so lucky. I met a few guys back in year 2 of Siege. By now we are a group of 10+ guys, scattered around the country, still playing every other night. We have even met in person, for the first time last year. Even though not everyone has enjoyed siege as much as me in throughout the years, I am blessed to have a fivestack almost every time playing.
For me this is what makes siege, playing as a team, strategizing learning from each other. I know how entitled this must sound, but I cant even imagine playing solos or duos all the time

Recently I returned to siege again and it's SO fun actually, It took me a while too to adapt and be confident but now I'm loving the game, play it nearly everyday
I came back to it after valorant , never play that game anymore. Now I realize why I loved rainbow so much in high school and now it’s much better on PC

The great thing about Siege is that it gets more fun the more you play just because of how much there is to learn. Once you get past the learning curve its such a great game.
Yea I used to get told to shut up when my friends are playing since I didn’t play the game and sound is important especially in this game. Now I started (a few months ago) only took me a month to learn the game and this season I hit diamond 1 on Xbox 🤣

Returned to the game myself at the start of the month, and been having a blast playing again. Happy to see Shroud potentially playing R6 again too!
It's such a unique game due to all the destruction that's possible. The learning curve is really steep but it also feels the most rewarding.

Do it! It is definitely worth it and with the new Ranked 2.0 system (which isn't perfect tho), getting good ranks is actually pretty easy...

Lots of little things I saw from shroud that I think if he took the time to fix, he would go back to his former glory in R6

As a person who has been playing R6 constantly for only 2 years it’s entertaining to see how people see the game after coming back from a brake that has been longer than my entire playing period
Dude I used to play this game every day since year 2 when Mira and jackal came out until year 5 I think. Then my friends stopped playing it and it wasn’t as fun to play by my self but I wish I had teammates to play it again. It was literally my favorite game

Siege is one of those games where the strategy involved, the tiny problem solving with the interaction of gadgets, makes it much more enjoyable. If you're just running and gunning, it's alright, but nothing spectacular. Once you get into much higher ranks it becomes infintely more enjoyable for me at least.
Siege gets better every time you play it. The game is so unique and is so much to learn from every single match you play. I hesitate playing it even tho my friends were insisting for years - the game is not casual friendly and knowing that it's a few years old, it means that you need to sync hundreads of hours to be able to understand everything around you. I remember I tried it once for 2-3 matches and the game felt so slow compared to anything I played before (apex, bf, cod) that I gave up. I finally decided to put more time into it at the begining of the last season and first 50 hours I was getting destroyed, I didn't understand much, but after that I started to feel confortable, to know what every operator can do, to learn the maps, to know how to counter different situations and so on. Now I'm 300 hours in and I totally love it. I still have a lot to learn and I wish I tried it earlier, but it's never too late :)
bruv that's like the best part of a game. When u just got the game and u don't know the characters or maps and all u have to do is learn and get better and that's the best feeling ever. But i guess i cant relate to the quitter mentality like u not saying ur a quitter but u did say u quit the game because u didn't know what going on lol
I think Siege is going in the right direction if so many people are coming back and actually enjoying it, so I'm hopeful for this game's future

Yea they’re rewarding the good and consistent players and punishing the cheaters (xim) for once. Siege on console would actually be more fun now and it’d actually take skills to be good rather than being on mnk and swing everything lmao
@@Fearless_wave except spoofing was a problem for like five years and all they're doing is... adding more input delay for them. If they can detect spoofers. Makes you wonder how massive is the percentage of players using mkb on consoles if they're not starting with bans.

Just started playing again (on pc this time) and it’s still super fun!! If you know the maps 😂
i wasn't playing siege for like 2y, and then came back on december, I've seen so many texts like this It seems like everyone is getting back lol
This game has no other equivalent. It really is a masterpiece of game design even if it isrough around the edges. I remember how I used to see this game and how I'd play it compared to now when I understand how it's played and how you need a 5 stack with good knowledge in order to get the most out of it. That's when you get the most out of the game.
Didn't think I'd see it again but Shroud on R6 was ....well...nice to see.

This is a great team work game and I love r6 but it’s hard with the community because everyone’s so toxic leaves if your team loses tk if there’s “beef” in the chat, players constantly putting other team mates down in the middle of the game, not to mention WHILE you’re trying to clutch it’s just so hard to actually consistently have fun
Siege is definitely made to be played with friends
Siege has a pretty fucking brutal skill curve, not gonna lie. I used to be addicted to the game way back in Parabellum- Burnt horizon. Actually still got my plat charm from Burnt horizon.
Tried to go back recently and holy FUCK everybody has insane reaction time and perfect aim. 70% of the time it feels like you don’t even have a chance to react in a gunfight and someone who’s peeking you already knows exactly where you are and lasers you instantly.
Idk man, the game just feels hard as fuck especially on a controller. Looks like PC is the exact same way though. Of course I’m rusty as all hell but still
I recently came back to it too, and all the map reworks has me lost.
Very high skill curve. Even in casuals, people know most of the common angles so advanced positioning is all about being in odd angles
It's been so hard for me to catch up to everybody again in this game after I got back to it. But I'm loving this journey, it makes me feel like I'm that 12 years old kid learning the game and making new friends again :)

One of the best games ever in the wrong hands
The problem of shroud is that he bought a monitor rim with a slit because when running the game on heavy tasks like playing games, the slit will give off heat and affect the eyes making shroud playing games more easily shot to be death.
If shroud is feeling an increase in recoil, its true, every single weapon has now increased recoil, and that makes sense i guess since any type of weapon can insta kill any one with one headshot even a minimum damage pistol can kill you with one headshot
