Actually guys i miss 7 so much and i still play it from time to time, i tried to accept T8 but never really could, its too much chaotic and noob friendly more than it should be.
You have to time it well cause you cant buffer it, practice doing the heat and wr3 in replay, i did a combo and timed for a replay just after doing heat so i could practice it more quickly

How do you do the blue spark 3~4?
You have to get 3 on perfect frame so in practice 3 should come out in 1 on the input show
In other words do it really fast
You have to slide it quickly as possible, plink input of 3~4 must be 1 frame, both of buttons
