But that's not the real reason why they are blurry.... uploading too high of a quality video forces instagram to compress it for you, if this video was more accurate to the sense of a video being blurry it would be: "upload videos at a resolution of 1080p/30fps(or60) and not 4k60fps+" because the file size is too large." This video only fixes data restrictions, requires more information to fully fix.

How do you do this? Do you upload the video to CapCut for example, export in 1080p 30fps, then upload to instagram? Or is there a more simple way?
