I first saw Keith Jarrett live at Lincoln Center in 1984 and it still ranks as one of the greatest things my ears have ever heard. Next to La Scala. He is pure genius and inspiration. Of course one of the Greatest Pianists Ever that I will see in my lifetime.
Keith attempts to take us on that journey .... whether it is a "Funny Valentine" or "Tea for Two" or whatever direction ... and I must admit .. I am taken every time .. his standard of musicianship delivers the feeling perfectly and spreads it around like an evening snowfall.
Keith is the Greatest For playing the accoustic piano,I hope he has a good attitude and friendship for the world.:)....Keith,I like you so much..:) you are one of my inspiration!!!!!!!!!!....thanks Keith..:)
Man - Everything from this concert is unbelievably lyrical . I have almost every album and I think this is some of the trios best playing . Thank you so much !
