Episode 21: What's In A Name? Esoteric Meanings of Words as the Original Spells

In this fun episode we discuss the inherent magic of names. We believe our birth names are one of the original spells and discuss how Erin changed her name to re-write the spell that was put upon her (but also that it's still part of her DNA). Lucy talks about the meaning of her name and all the synchronicities associated with it.
We also talk about how inanimate objects (from nail polish to appliances) also operate at an energy associated with their name-- and how to practice mindfulness around the names that you elect to bring into your life. This is a super esoteric ride and we're excited to hear what y'all think!
