Yes, Iman Shumpert can shoot 3's. He shot 38.2 percent during the playoffs averaging just above 15 minutes per game. If you catch Shump on the corner he is good for a three per game usually too. He is not a good three-point shooter, that I will admit, but he is capable and raised his shooting percentage from below 30 percent when it mattered most during the playoffs. - Jason
I actually paused when you mentioned Shumpert. Lol.. You're talking just last year's playoffs when he was mostly playing garbage minutes and picking his spots for 3s. Shumpert is not a great 3 point shooter by any stretch. Lebron is actually a better 3pt shooter than Shump considering he isn't wide open in the corner for most of his 3s.
he choked in 2 straight Finals from 3, so much so that when LBJ penetrated kicking to Shump and they left him open with no one within 10 feet of him LBJ automatically went down into offensive rebounding position. Shumpert is a liability, on both ends this season actually, not great defense just athletic and tough, far from sound.
Look he possibly and or probably peaked phisically. But man I'm telling you this mans prime was and still is amazing. He has improved into one of smartest players ever. He's still improving his fundamentals every year which I still can't quite comprehend. He looked like an all time great by his 4th Year. And I'm not still not so sure exactly how his body can keep doing what it's doing. We are talking about 7 NBA Finals in 13 NBA Seasons. 6 Straight. And the dude is still putting up 40 point performences. I thought forsure we we would see a drop off this year particularly in the playoffs. But he in all honesty actually seemed to get better. IQ Wise. Fundamental Wise. Keeping calm under pressure. All still maintainging his peak and prime body. It's truly a marvel and totally amazing. I don't think we will ever figure this man out. He's closer to Jordan in his actual desire to be great and his Iove for basketball than people give him credit for I think.

How many times have we seen teams laced with young talent only for many of them not to bloom into stars? lots. Don't be surprised if the cavs and warriors are still in the mix in 4/5 years
Facts. LeBron is easily the most hated basketball player of all time and a top 5 most hated athlete of all time even though he does more for the community than anyone else could, smh
the most hated? idk, a lot of people disliked a lot of shitty players/ players who did shitty things but if you mean most hated out of actually decent players then i agree. he's the only player that encompasses both top 10 player of all time and top 10 most hated apart from maybe allen iverson but he was more disliked during his playing days, he's held in a higher regard now... slightly

+Christopher Napolitano Lol those are bandwagon Curry haters. I used to be a Curry hater then I stopped toward the end of the regular season (he's a good person I just hated all of the media hype he kept getting) and now that everyone's hating on him I don't really have a reason to dislike him
He's become incredibly skilled at the post, but for some reason, the team plays worse with him there. They won in the Finals when he was the playmaker. But that might be more of a matchup situation against GSW than anything else.
Kenneth Donnelly Well I'd say he got better at certain aspects of the game like post play or fadeaways, however he really came strong with that in the 96 season so you may have a point about LeBron being the only one with 4 MVP's to do it. Still, you could say Jordan honed those skills in the 97 and 98 seasons so my point is still valid.
Vamoslosmillos100 Well, by 1996 MJ was already the best player of all-time and didn't need much improvement. On the other hand, Lebron relied on his unique physical prowess more than MJ did, that's also why Lebron had to improve his game in the second half of his career
JaShawn Johnson because he doesn't need to score as much for the last 6 years he has averaged 25-27 because he had good players around him but before that be averaged 28-31 points because Cleveland put no talent around him its not a decline in his ability its an incline in overall team talent
+JaShawn Johnson His number barely dropped and that's cuz has to save himself for the postseason. It's really strenious to be going that deep into the playoffs consistantly
did he just say Shumpert is a better shooter than Love? Shumpert couldn't hit a freaking jumpshot last season. Shumpert is not even one of the best 5 shooters in that team. Best cavs shooters: Kyrie JR Frye Love James Jones Delly Mo Williams Jefferson LeBron Shumpert
Lebron James is the reason why i love this game. He is an inspiration. I am gonna be honest here 2010 is one of the best Lebron James Version i have ever seen. 2013 is the Best all around version of Lebron. 2015 is the season that lebron james prepares for the post season ( he does not really give his all in the regular season) . But in the Finals 2015 he gave his all with kyrie and love out he instantly gave his all in both ends of the floor. 2016 same regular season mind set. 2016 finals IS THE BEST LEBRON JAMES VERSION ( GAMES 5 6 7 ). they are down 3-1, lebrons mindset is " this is my time" and he really proves it that he is still the best. ALL I CAN IS PERFECT GAME. Physically lebron is declining Mentally he is improving
What people have to realize is that Lebron tries about 70% of the time during the season. And they need to not freak out if he goes through a rough patch because we all know by playoff time he will elevate his game. So he'll still average around 25/6/6 which for him is an "average" year but playoffs is where it matters.
LeBron James is now in his prime. Obviously not in his physical prime. But mentally and mentality shows he is in his prime. Has a killer instinct and has an high IQ (like he already has).
Everyone says hes declining but seriously its not even close. Hes conserving himself not only to give his teammates more time for building team chemistry but also to play at his best for as long as he can. Dudes a beast n hella smart too. P.S. his regular season stats dont mean a thing
Point guard was, and still is ball dominant position. Theat what is ment to do when the game was starting to take off and continues to be the main game organizers othere then coaches. These days point guards changed to more scoring oriented style to play. With guys like Curry, Irving, and even Westbrook although he had 10 assists per game there are no more pure point guards other than Chris Paul theat make significant impact and with guys like LeBron, Antetokounmpo even when he will be at PG next season and even Harden who are these guys who run the game on court, even Jordan and Bird were theat type of player in his time. Now, my question is: Is theat good for the game as a whole or bad and shoud bigger guys like LBJ and Antetokounmpo run the game with their hight and vision and let smaller guys do their things with 3s and drives? And shoud Antetokounmpo start next season start as PG and have small forward or have him play small forward on paper but let him run offense and have smaller guy who will play "new point guard"?
LeBron is just getting smarter and more of a leader. going to Miami was the best for both teams. looking back on it Lebron never wins a title if he stayed in Cleveland. if he stays no Kyrie, no Wiggins 4 love, Thompson. as he gotten older he becoming a killer with a smile and more clutch. anyone who say LeBron still isn't clutch is smoking. now all LeBron needs to do is focus on 3s if he just gets back to 40% after 2-3 season of his still crazy athletic ability. he going finsh all time scoring leader. and probably will also finsh top 5 in assist.
i think even if his game evolved to just shooting and posting and than making great decisions and passes he'll stay great for awhile. He has shown he can evolve and losing the quickness to drive so effectively will be a loss but he can balance it by being a good shooter.
Yes, his career averages are going down, but that's because he's preserving his body for the playoffs. Lebron if he puts up 20 a night he can basically cruise to the finals and then that's where he really plays
I think Francis is right. Lebron is smart and as he gets older I think that he will understand to step down in a way but still help the team in many ways
He lost his jump shot a bit but he got it back for a couple games in the finals when it counted. He's the greatest player of all time no doubt. Is he getting better tho? I don't think so. I still love him. I love LeBron he's great and i'm a gerbil.
He's not declining but he's not getting better. Only way he can become better is if his jumper is ON every game or if he starts dominating in the post like Jordan did when he got older and i can't see any of those thing happen. He's not declining cause he's still one of the most athletic guys in the league, he has so much to his game, he takes care of his body like no other and he has a great team so he wont have to play at more than 70% to get 1st or 2nd seed. I think he's gonna start declining in 2/3 years time
This is exactly the Kobe with Gasoul equation (we'll assume LeBron had Kyrie or Love in 2015) . Kobe was winning games and winning back to back chips while LeBron was winning b2b mvps but Kobe beat the team's LeBron lost too. In the LeBron situation with Kyrie LeBron was winning games and b2b titles but curry was winning b2b mvps. Although LeBron beat curry's team. Although they were/are both Declining.
yes LeBron enjoys keeping the ball and driving to the basket, but one of the things that makes him an actual "great" and shows how much his game has evolved is the fact when he gets the ball now, one of his first thoughts is to pass. normally to Kyrie or Smith. he would literally go out of his way sometimes this past season specifically to pass the ball to Irving. wide-open shot or not, he still looks for Irving. as evidenced in game 7 of the Finals, when his gameplan for the last minute of the game was to let KYRIE make the shot and not himself, whereas a couple seasons ago all LeBron would be thinking about in that situation is how he can get the ball and score and be the hero. he's become an amazingly selfless player because he's smart enough to understand that's what he needs to do to win. if nothing else, I see a pretty successful coaching career after he retires.
Honestly I think it also depends on the team you are in, same with soccer. If the team together didn't do good, no one would point at a player and say wow, what a player!
The last step for Lebron is to become a reliable three-point shooter again, even though he doesn't need to be, and start shooting above 80% from the line. He keeps changing his rhythm and routine at the stripe all the time, which I find strange.
Kobe is probably one of the smartest players in the NBA of all time, on and off the court. "[Lebron's] basketball IQ is so much higher than kobe" +The Malibu you have no clue what your talking about
he's not declining, he just need to sharpen up his jumper n he will be more unstoppable and believe that his athleticism is still high he's just preserving energy until it's really needed like in the playoffs
If he ever gets a 3 point jumper again he will be a beast again. Athleticism wise he is still great. 2014-15 season he was injured alot. But this season he looked really good i.e. game 5-7 of the finals. He is a freak of nature so maybe he is the exception to many nba players. 31-32 is still pretty good not too old like 35-40.
I'd say the only thing that declines is athleticism for Lebron. He's still a complete player, smart, excellent team player, I know he's working to improve his jumper but he can be great until he decides to retire if he keeps putting in the work he's been putting in. Doesn't have to be the fastest or jump the highest to do that
On a scale of 0-99. Speed, -6 quickness -4, strength +2. Shooting -10, Finishing -2, Passing + 3, Post +10, Mentality +5 (15&16Finals), Clutchness +5, defending -5. Still overall greatest even with drops in athletecism and shooting
He'll find ways to get better through age, like Kobe when he started losing athleticism, he refined his post game and found other ways to kill the other team.
Jordan won most of his championships past his athletic peak. I don't know if Lebron is getting "better" (nor do I think that Jordan got "better" over time) but it doesn't seem like he is slowing down either. Maybe physically (slightly) but his court vision, iq, passing abilities, shooting abilities, footwork, etc. are going to be there. I'm saying this as a life long Bulls fan who isn't a fan of Lebron at all. So I have no positive bias towards this man (quite the contrary).
His athletism is slightly declining but his I.Q. and technique is only going up from here. His numbers in the regular season are dipping a little bit but everyone who knows basketball understands that Lebron holds back in the regular season and is ok with averaging around 25 7 and 7 and being a 55-60 win team and you can even argue he cruises through the eastern conference but when the finals come along hes locked in 100% effort and you can tell by the way he plays and hid numbers. I wont be surprised if he puts elite stats until hes 40.
I honestly think Lebron just doesn't play at his highest level. His body can easily do it but it seems he doesn't want to. Maybe to preserve his career. He does have to take care of his body if he want's to keep going. IF he did play at his highest level, I don't think anyone can stop him. But then there are players like D-Rose whose body can't take it but their mindset is extremely high.
The only reason his career averages are down is Becuz he paces himself in the regular season. If you looked at his averages playoff time they go up a lot to the point where he's almost averaging a triple double.
neither, his game is evolving. he is going to become a better assist man and on court coach. he no longer needs to dominate games like he used to because he now has Kyrie and k love to score and Thompson and love to grab boards
Can anybody explain to me how Lebron didn't make an all defensive team this year when his opponent field goal percentage difference was -7.3 and Jimmy butler was able to make a team on one of his worst defensive years with his opponent field goal percentage difference being +2.0 ?
He isn't declining but I think he has hit a plateau. His IQ, athleticism, and skills pretty much have seemed the same for the last 2 years but his stats have dropped a little bit. He needs to get that jumper to a consistent low to mid 40s percentage to keep up his production when his athleticism starts falling off.
Bron can use his body in the post more .Imo he really needs to focus on his turnaround jumpsuit post hooks ant three point shot he'll have another 7 years. he gonna destroy some records.
on the physical side yeah he is, slowly but he is, but on the psychology side hell no he is getting better he has mature, he is a great leader and he is in term of basketball IQ he is a top three "PG"
physically he's definitely declining, it happens to everyone. But mentally he is better than ever. Basketball IQ grows with age and experience, so yeh. This is just gonna be a different lebron, less eye popping stats, not really a lockdown defender anymore, but still a strong leader and facilitator, can take over a game and drop 40 any given night.
I don't think so, looking at his playing style now. It really looks like he's just preserving his body for the future. His body can easily take a lot of pressure but he doesn't want to.
Well he probably still can, but the fact being that he can no longer go full throttle 82 games a season, and dominate both ends of the floor. Just like MJ, he wasnt the same defender in his 30s, lost a bit of the athleticism, and changed his play style to adapt and excel, thats what lebron is doing. Father time always wins. And thats okay.
Neither, his game is evolving. Obviously he's gonna lose some of his step due to age but that means his game changes in a way where he'll have to compensate athleticism for skill. He's going to have to improve his jumpshot. He's going to have to play smarter. But age isn't affecting him as much as people thought it would, and he's not losing any of his strength which is the only physical attribute that he can really extend and prolong for the remainder of his career. He's fine for now, and I'm sure as he grows older his wisdom and experience will help him further grow his game to new heights to make up for his battle against father time. All in all, I think we'll see a more different but yet still dominant LeBron in the future to come in the NBA.
If the cavs trade for cousins, they'll acquire the best center in the world, clear up cap space for 2017 free agency, AND tristan thompson will perform better playing at power forward. If I were the cavs front office, this would be a no brainer. But as a raptors fan, I hope this doesn't happen lol
I don't think Thompson could be a good PF because he needs to be really close to the basket to score and also he is one of the best offensive rebounder and putting him at pf would take him a little away from the basket, id Boogie is coming to cleveland I think it would be better to put him at PF because he is more agile more fast and he can shoot the ball
Plus he conserves his energy and health by not trying 100% in the regular season so he can play more seasons. Just look at his Finals numbers, they were way better than regular season do obviously he aint going all out because they have the 1st seed locked up.
He's may be declining, but he's not getting worse, if that makes any sense. His IQ and amazing passing skills will never leave him. We've already seen his jumpshot decline and his athleticism may be down a little but there is still no one in the league who can stop him going to the basket. He's also a smart defender, which he'll always be. LeBron will always be LeBron, even if it's a reduced LeBron.
He's becoming a little more inconsistent, however still can perform better than ever. Sure he's not as athletic as he was 4 years ago, but his court vision and IQ is building up higher than ever before, which is why he's almost becoming more of a pass first player.
Yes and no:LBJ's athleticism has taken a slight hit but i still see him at 80% athletically but he's rising constantly fundamentally and this past season proved it.He's gonna slow down athletically but he's gonna become a far,FAR more dangerous fundamental player cause of his passing ability and overall basketball I.Q.(simular to Magic) As far as I'm concerned LeBron will be playing at a high level for the next 4-5 seasons.
Getting better! Learing how to close better, when to take games over & to defer , an fine tuning his game! He led in all categories in the finals (back to back 41p gms) thats know sign of declining to me . Cavs gonna repeat just need to beef up their bench ! Bron fan!
well then dont say cavs back to back what if lebron gets inured or kyrie we know what happend when lebron didnt have a star next to him not that its his fault but...and lebron played with nearly a whole new squad coming to the cavs but did just fine so dont that golden state who are a very un selfsih team wont fit durant in just how they need him too
I don't think it's possible for LeBron to get any better then he already is, I beilve that he's now on a straight mountain, and that mountain will continue to be straight for a couple more years, though that mountain is the highest mountain then all the other mountains, even thought the other mountains will grow, none will ever surpass Bron mountain until it starts decreasing, so now it's just up to his accomplishments to decide his fate on the all time great ever to play in the nba, either then 1 spot or 2.
LeBron might decline "athletically" but not much right now and he's getting better, posting up, mid range jumper, running the offense, understanding and attacking the defense better and just more composed as time goes he's getting better especially if he works and improve on his free throw/3 ball and he's become better as a leader being able to lead a young group of guys. #Witness
You cannot argue that a player that just stopped the best winning team in history is declining. The moment that lebron can't make it to the finals or even play offs then you can argue he is declining
LeBron is like nunthin we've ever seen before on a basketball court, quickness, size, explosiveness,IQ, only other player we saw like him was Magic Johnson reason he'll never decline Magic never declined because of his basketball IQ.

He made a 4 point play in game 7, that is all that matters to me!
David Kramer lol thats pretty ignorant.
When Lebron turns 38 his athletic ability will be what Carmelo was 4 years ago.
probably lol
HA!!!! True.

+Obama Pimp Jr. Don't you got shit to do Mr. President....
shooting declined and athleticism has declined a lot since his mid 20s, but I agree, he keeps becoming a smarter player
But wtf is happening to his fts???
Tbh i still think LeBron can win a couple more MVPs and championships

His***** Sorry
He just need to fix his shooting form and he is good
Exactlty, just nedds to work more on his jumpshot than his body all the time!
because he's so strong i think lol it makes it take more strength to shoot
+Diamond Augello he has like a 2 motion shot not all that fluent that happenes to bigger broader guys look at big men like Deandre
+TYT Sports, what do you guys think of my Finals predictions for the next couple years?

Wolves are gonna be ready to compete long before 76ers or Lakers are ready to make the playoffs.
Also Dubs will win this year, and KD likely won't be on the team next year.
twolves and bucks gonna be getting to the finals later than the lakers and PHILLY? also celtics anywhere?
Cant u make a playlist for all videos? I love all of ur Stuff !
Lebron can't catch a break imo, he just won a damn ring, leave the man alone for a minute.
I'm not even a lbj fan and i think he gets bashed too much
Facts. LeBron is easily the most hated basketball player of all time and a top 5 most hated athlete of all time even though he does more for the community than anyone else could, smh

That's the cost of being great
His athleticism is so great him being less athletic doesn't matter. Also, his post game has greatly improved.
definitely still needs some work... but I do agree with you
He's become incredibly skilled at the post, but for some reason, the team plays worse with him there. They won in the Finals when he was the playmaker. But that might be more of a matchup situation against GSW than anything else.
You guys did a good job analyzing this one
He will be probably the only player in history who keeps improving and changing his game after winning MVP 4 times
MJ?
Vamoslosmillos100 Did Jordan improved his game after 1996?
Kenneth Donnelly Well I'd say he got better at certain aspects of the game like post play or fadeaways, however he really came strong with that in the 96 season so you may have a point about LeBron being the only one with 4 MVP's to do it. What happened with the trade rumor involving D Cousins going to the cav?
Francis has really turned into a good basketball analyst, good job
I really have no life, how am I watching these vids so fast
did he just say Shumpert is a better shooter than Love? Shumpert couldn't hit a freaking jumpshot last season. Shumpert is not even one of the best 5 shooters in that team.
Best cavs shooters:
Kyrie
JR
Frye
Love
James Jones
Delly
Mo Williams
Jefferson
LeBron
Shumpert
Delly left
shumpert is better than Lebron and Delly is a underrated shooter, I say he belong above or under Kevin Love
+Slite delay is not on the cavs anymore
+GAWDlike delly
+GAWDlike ik I'm just saying. He on my bucks squad
Physically lebron is declining
Mentally he is improving
What people have to realize is that Lebron tries about 70% of the time during the season. And they need to not freak out if he goes through a rough patch because we all know by playoff time he will elevate his game. So he'll still average around 25/6/6 which for him is an "average" year but playoffs is where it matters.
Is there still a pre 310 view club? 63rd viewer :D
It was 301
+Nick the God xD I'm pretty retarded so please excuse the mistake.

I am to bro #65th
he's getting better!
Athleticism is definitely not what it used to be but still very good.
He can still get his head a rim level so I don't really think so. One thing I've notice is that Lebron isn't trying as hard as he was in Miami.
+Travis Releford he certainly cannot get to run level anymore. Watch dunk clips from his Miami days and clips from now. There's a big difference.
I think his strength increased lol speed is declining tho
+Patrick Yudkin doesn't mean He can't.
Maybe he's preserving himself trying to make it to finals every year is hard
I think he's gonna start declining in 2/3 years time
He's preety damn good in the post
+stephanie Justice He could get better in the post as he gets older but he's not THAT good in the post
+Gunner he's better then people think he just doesn't go to it as much as we want
stephanie Justice Yes he is good in the post but he's not dominant
yeah if you watch his fitness videos its rediculous how healthy he eats.....i would be so hungry and im only 5'10 and fat haha.
Before even watching I'm gonna say he's ADAPTING to his age/body. Now let's enjoy the show.
100% declining. His career averages are all going down.
He's got Kyrie and love right now, plus he's not required to produce as much
+Jack Tierney You Meant Kyrie And A Supporting Cast Love Is Garbage
+Jack Tierney but why were his stats so high with wade and bosh? Were they not stars?
+Goat how many championships do you have
yea look at the last 2 years finals stats he can post better numbers in the regular season but there is no point it only going to make him more tired
Honestly I think it also depends on the team you are in, same with soccer. If the team together didn't do good, no one would point at a player and say wow, what a player!
Same
The last step for Lebron is to become a reliable three-point shooter again, even though he doesn't need to be, and start shooting above 80% from the line. He keeps changing his rhythm and routine at the stripe all the time, which I find strange.
Can you get some new stock images of LeBron James, it would be much appreciated.
His numbers will go down but his overall impact from a mentor and on-court coach perspective will make up for it
He'll be like shaq when he losses his athleticism, basically he relies on athleticism too much. I think he'll decline worse than Kobe.
whatt his basketball IQ is so much higher than kobe
The Malibu He doesnt have the intangibles, skill set and foot work like Kobe.
Kobe is probably one of the smartest players in the NBA of all time, on and off the court. "[Lebron's] basketball IQ is so much higher than kobe" +The Malibu you have no clue what your talking about
Jose Cruz you lost me at skill set, you must not watch much basketball
The Malibu Wtf is wrong with you? Are you a troll?
he's not declining, he just need to sharpen up his jumper n he will be more unstoppable and believe that his athleticism is still high he's just preserving energy until it's really needed like in the playoffs
Perfect reference to Dwade
Since his prime in 12/13. For example 13 95 speed now 89
+MyBeautifulDark TwistedFantasy he's still pretty damn fast... especially with that block on Iggy
+Stephen A. Smith's Receding Hairline 19 mph... Pretty impressive indeed
I love how 2k is being brought into this XD
+Kevin Neto Lol, why not, how can you specify it in a different way lol
Like Kobe at 31.. And now LeBron.. Fucking fine wine in the blood. Always get better.
No love for Fyre either? He comes off the bench but the dude can shoot.
lmaooo everytime shumpurt shoots I know he's missing. It hurts to say it but its true.
He's slowly declining physically but he's improved mentally. He's not the same guy that choked in 2011.
Are we not gonna talk about Jason new found fashion game?
But then there are players like D-Rose whose body can't take it but their mindset is extremely high.
father time is inevitable but he's still great and will continue to be great #King #respect
The only reason his career averages are down is Becuz he paces himself in the regular season. If you looked at his averages playoff time they go up a lot to the point where he's almost averaging a triple double.
Not declining or improving, but maturing
He's in shape he's smart and knows how to take care of his body, he wants to be the most athletic in the game ever, great path if you ask me
The only thing declining is his athleticism. Everything other part of his game is getting better.
neither, his game is evolving. he is going to become a better assist man and on court coach. he no longer needs to dominate games like he used to because he now has Kyrie and k love to score and Thompson and love to grab boards
Can anybody explain to me how Lebron didn't make an all defensive team this year when his opponent field goal percentage difference was -7.3 and Jimmy butler was able to make a team on one of his worst defensive years with his opponent field goal percentage difference being +2.0 ?
lebron shoot honestly focus deeply on his post game, handle and outside shot
Should the cavs trade love
Definitely
Nope!
No way
I mean naw, bc it's the type of power forward they need but Derrick Favors is litt
Hell no.
If his current stats say he is declining....that just shows he's a basketball God! His current stays are still legendary.,..25,7,7
i thought jason wasn't allowed to wear a suit jacket :/
Bron can use his body in the post more .Imo he really needs to focus on his turnaround jumpsuit post hooks ant three point shot he'll have another 7 years. he gonna destroy some records.
I think his shooting may be in decline but his finishing around the rim, playmaking and passing is constantly improving
and that's only facts , but I still believe that he can fix his jumper and free throws but I've been dreaming since 06 lol
+Cortez Gross
I still remember that 68% FT shooting season but thank God he's improved on that haha
+NotSoSaltyCavsandBrownsFan #Champions Lol he a baby shaq at the line
Check the ring
Better
ive been saying every time they say hes on the decline ... i say hes def getting better
he is more smart and skilled
hes more comfortable and even smarter so yes hes better.
on the physical side yeah he is, slowly but he is, but on the psychology side hell no he is getting better he has mature, he is a great leader and he is in term of basketball IQ he is a top three "PG"
OMG JASON IS WEARING A DRESS SHIRT ?!?!
LeBron can never decline he'll always be good. His game will just change.
Both?
physically he's definitely declining, it happens to everyone. But mentally he is better than ever. Basketball IQ grows with age and experience, so yeh. This is just gonna be a different lebron, less eye popping stats, not really a lockdown defender anymore, but still a strong leader and facilitator, can take over a game and drop 40 any given night.
yess i agree.
Mj got better as he got older so why can't Lebron
he is led all stats in a 7 game finals tell me a declining player who did that
right lebron will get better..
+Rahqoun Watson thank you
Neither, his game is evolving.
I don't think Thompson could be a good PF because he needs to be really close to the basket to score and also he is one of the best offensive rebounder and putting him at pf would take him a little away from the basket, id Boogie is coming to cleveland I think it would be better to put him at PF because he is more agile more fast and he can shoot the ball
true
Plus he conserves his energy and health by not trying 100% in the regular season so he can play more seasons. Just look at his Finals numbers, they were way better than regular season do obviously he aint going all out because they have the 1st seed locked up.
only way lebron could getting better at the least is if he developed a dominant post and jump shot everything else is declining
Neither
doest tyt respond
I think LBJ kinda slowed down last season. Also, his jump shots got worst last season. But at least he was able to make them when needed.
Jason put on a suit? What?
He's may be declining, but he's not getting worse, if that makes any sense. His IQ and amazing passing skills will never leave him. We've already seen his jumpshot decline and his athleticism may be down a little but there is still no one in the league who can stop him going to the basket. He's also a smart defender, which he'll always be. LeBron will always be LeBron, even if it's a reduced LeBron.
yeah but not rapidly. He doesn't really have a 3pt shot anymore
He's becoming a little more inconsistent, however still can perform better than ever. Sure he's not as athletic as he was 4 years ago, but his court vision and IQ is building up higher than ever before, which is why he's almost becoming more of a pass first player.
His passing and shooting open jumpers need to be his best assets because Kyrie can do everything else.
He's only getting better overall, from every point as a player once he retires he will finally be at his peak
I honestly don't think he tries anymore outside of the playoffs
The real question here is if Drew's show was still on the air, would LeBron have been a guest star?
Jason is actually dressed up
got anything in your defense tyt?
Getting better! Learing how to close better, when to take games over & to defer , an fine tuning his game! He led in all categories in the finals (back to back 41p gms) thats know sign of declining to me . Cavs gonna repeat just need to beef up their bench ! Bron fan!
"Cavs gonna repeat" who's man is dis?
+Kirby Wizard_64 😑 warriors got it locked huh? Games aint played on paper and health is before anything an gs need chemistry first
well then dont say cavs back to back what if lebron gets inured or kyrie we know what happend when lebron didnt have a star next to him not that its his fault but...and lebron played with nearly a whole new squad coming to the cavs but did just fine so dont that golden state who are a very un selfsih team wont fit durant in just how they need him too
p.s lebron is my fav player of all time but being un biased you contradicted your self hard fam
The Heat did lose in 2011, so dont be surprised if the Cavs steal this one this year
I don't think it's possible for LeBron to get any better then he already is, I beilve that he's now on a straight mountain, and that mountain will continue to be straight for a couple more years, though that mountain is the highest mountain then all the other mountains, even thought the other mountains will grow, none will ever surpass Bron mountain until it starts decreasing, so now it's just up to his accomplishments to decide his fate on the all time great ever to play in the nba, either then 1 spot or 2.
