Hey Flowku! Thank you for the kind words. We've made it all the way down to Peru now. Currently we're releasing videos from our time in Ecuador. Hope you've subscribed and that you'll join us on this global journey. Let me know if you have any questions. We do our best to respond to each comment. ~ Eric
Thanks Clyde. Glad you are here. Would rather have 100 people with us on the journey and being part of our online community than a million disinterested people any day. We just crossed into Belize! ~ Eric
Candace you are going to be floored when you see them in person. Even video does not do them justice. We are so excited for you and your future plans! ~ Eric
The Mayans Built those Pyramids. Not the Aztecs. When The Olmec and Mexica combined, and later the Mexica took over, Built Tenochtitlan. Were an ancient lake the Aztec built following the same, almost the same, as the pyramids found in Teotihuacan. But with its differences. And built irrigation and massive building on a lake. Now I am sorry to say this many black Americans, saying that Africans built it. That is an insult to Latin American History. This Gringos need to learn their own History. They need to stop. And telling lies. But the Mayans built it.
Oh wow! What a great video guys…. I really enjoyed it. It was so interesting and informative. Thank you so much for sharing this. Looking forward to the next one 👍….
Appreciate it 82loboss! So many videos between these pyramids and where we are now in Peru on our channel. And so many more to come as we continue our journey around the world. Hope you've subscribed. ~ Eric
Trippin, it is such an incredible place to visit. When you are there in person the history is palpable. I hope you get a chance to make this journey. Even if you don't drive in. You could fly into Mexico City and they have daily tours that head out there. ~ Eric
Thanks brother! So glad you got a chance to check it out. I think it may be my best edit yet. I'm learning for sure. Trying to keep the videos moving and interesting. Appreciate the comment. ~ Eric
VEMNAS... Definitely do it! To visit these ruins, you could fly into Mexico City. And take any number of tour buses that go to Teotihuacan daily. I think you'd really be fascinated and enjoy the journey. While there make a side trip to Cholula and visit the largest pyramid in the world by volume. We have a Patreon page if you have any interest, we do our best to respond to every comment here on RUclips but sometimes comments or replies get lost. We definitely respond to all of those supporting our journey around the world, and we'd love to get to know you since you obviously have a sense of adventure. If you'd like to check it out, just Google Hourless Life Patreon and you'll find us! Either way, I really hope you take this journey, you'll be amazed at the experience! ~ Eric
So true Whitley! Life is fleeting and while we don’t all need to build pyramids or drive around the world, we should each be doing something worthy of our time which is so very precious. Appreciate you. ~ Eric
It was a fascinating journey to go through and hear all of the history while we were there. The Spanish came along and built churches on top of many of the pyramids of Mexico too which is really interesting. ~ Eric
So fascinating, I truly enjoyed this video and history lesson! And I love watching Caspian when his thought wheels start turning and he’s figuring it all out!!
Me too. The faces he makes on the daily as he begins to understand our world are so precious. I’m truly blessed to witness how he processes what he’s experiencing. ~ Eric
Haha. That's debatable right? Some say they aren't a thing, some say they are. Right now we're focused on South America, though we really miss Mexico so much. What a great country. ~ Eric
As far as I know, the working class ended up revolting against the elite class and sacked the place. But don't quote me on that. I'm learning that what I think I know I actually don't and it is an incredible part of our global overland journey. ~ Eric Also, I do my best to respond to every comment but it is getting harder. We just published a video about Barichara which is the most highly recommended place to visit here in Colombia. Hope you check it out! ~ Eric
No single destruction, per se. The elite responsible for founding the civilization were likely small, and foreign. Without their influence, the society of natives disintegrated back to their natural level. It's happened before.
Even if the Aztecs didn't build then they were still built by other native groups Mexico has more native Americans not just the Aztec and Maya i hate when people always try and diminish our heritage saying we are to stupid to build this or that
Noel, as a Mexican-American myself, I'm proud of my heritage and the history of the Mexican people! There was nothing "stupid" about the native population of Mexico. Anyone who makes a visit to the archeological sites in Mexico will quickly come to this realization. ~ Eric
Must be nice to be rich. Where'd ya get the money to travel the world for 15 years? Mommy and daddy are billionaires and you've never worked a day in your life? Most likely.
NIck, why would you assume we are rich? Why would you assume that our parents are wealthy? Or that we've never worked a day in our lives? May I suggest you get to know our story by watching our video called "The Long Game" here on the channel. For what it is worth, I grew up lower middle class, Brittany grew up middle class, and I served our nation in the military for 20 years before retiring honorably from service. Then I went to work for 2 law enforcement agencies before leaving those to start my own company. Brittany and I created 5 companies and worked at them for a decade before selling them to take this trip. Even as I write this, we are not financially wealthy. We've just made some intentional and sacrificial decisions to make this journey around the world a reality. If you really want to get to know us, ask. I'm happy to share our story. But to assume something like that about us, says a lot more about where you are than where we are and honestly it is unkind. Get to know us Nick. I think you'll quickly realize we weren't born with a silver spoon in our mouths. ~ Eric
Amazing video! Need to watch more of your guys stuff

Olmec are Africans from Egypt. They are the pyramid builders. Later mixing with siberians. Africans lived everywhere first

Been there so great, love that place.
I too have been there many times, but it was Brittany and Caspian's first visit so it made it really special. ~ Eric
Overwhelming the small amount of time we are here to make an impact when you look at the history of these people and the structures they left behind.
So true Whitley! Life is fleeting and while we don’t all need to build pyramids or drive around the world, we should each be doing something worthy of our time which is so very precious. Appreciate you. ~ Eric
We learn in school that they were built upon the ruins of older civilizations as over time human society naturally collapses only to reemerge

European always trying to be ancient African pyramid builders and the original first race.
So what happened to the ppl there? What destruction came about?
