Yes, Trumps behavior is the worst, most base thats humanly imaginable, but laws and the structures of government are being dismantled daily that took many decades to bring into being, mad-as-a-hatter judges have been appointed to the courts with life-time tenures, many of them quite young, founts of money transfers, encoded into law, which strips those with next to nothing of what little wealth they have, and transports it to those who have so much already that they wouldn’t even notice a few extra millions in their accounts lest there accountants point it out to them; agencies put in place to safeguard natural resources, monitor health, and police bad actors in all industries. I could go on and on and on. These wholesale erasures of the basic infrastructure of civilization are getting scant coverage in these programs. We will miss it all when they are no more in a post-apocalyptic world.

Sadly, Mr. Trump does seem to have some of the characteristics and behaviors of a person with Alzheimer's -- inability to sleep, loss of impulse control, personality changes (noted here by Joe and Donnie), combativeness, etc. His father died from it, so I think it's a reasonable possibility. If he does, the symptoms will progress more rapidly because stress exacerbates it, and soon it will become more apparent and difficult to mask. Time will tell ...
