Is there anyway to get into recovery mode? The power+volume down button does not seem to work, it only gets me into factory data reset option. Please let me know if you have any idea on this. Thank you

What happens if your phone is Frozen and it doesn't power off but you can do with soft reset can you still put it in safe mode

Karmen Perryz just reset ur phone download the apps you want but before u use ur apps go to the general settings first and set the configure apps turn it off ..

-THE IMMORTAL- turn off your phone when the phone is fully off hold the power button and the low volume buttton and hold it untill it say recover mode
