@@WerdnaFPV As far as I know it is possible and TV stations have been doing it for a long time to prevent people from watching their paid analog channels for free. To do it you need a scrambler between your camera and VTX and then a descrambler between your VRX and monitor. I just want to know how to do it.

We have an army of over 100 power banks yes. They last for about 3 hours so its definitely enough for a flight session!

Such a thing does not exist as far as I am aware. How are you going to reliably jam the video for others and not yourself? It's not possible.
