jungkook actually engages in armys flirting with him quite often, but always in a sweet and good humor way, playing along but giggling at the same time :)
I think Jungkook is very good at differentiating ARMY's who are genuine fans and people who take things too far. He has called out ARMY before on lives and such, asking and telling fans to stop doing certain things(like crossing personal boundaries), but it does not seem to affect how he views ARMY as a whole.
He still views ARMY with such open love, like he is always just seeing the best of us when we all know that is not the truth. It makes him feel very friendly, chill, and open. In a way Jungkook is just as delusional as us fans(no matter how logical and realistic we act and view this "relationship" between artist and fans) lol
And it also makes me not feel ashamed when other fans/stalkers/sasaeng fans do bad things because I feel secure in that Jungkook sees that they do not represent the whole fandom.
That's one thing Army misses about JK, the interactions that we had with him. His lives were the most viewed because he's authentic and so personable. We enjoyed watching him sing karaoke, cook, exercise, even sleep. He has had more than 16 million people watching him in a single live.
Definitely do miss him and his 4 hr lives
I discovered JK only after he released GOLDEN. His songs, his smile, joy and positive energy he exudes helped me deal with the minor depression that I was suffering from. You can feel sincerity, authenticity and love for people and it makes you want to give this love to him as a thank you for what he gives us. Thanks to JK, I also met BTS. I love them all and miss them.
RM's new album drops tomorrow. June 12th is Jindependence Day when Jin will be discharged from the military right before Festa 2024. In mid-October Hobi returns.

Welcome home. I became ARMY right before they announced their hiatus in 2022. I found them during a depression too, and they helped show me the light again. Jungkook is my bias because his voice just feels like home to me. His love for ARMY is so special too. The song Boy With Luv is a love letter from BTS to ARMY about their love for us and how we are their purpose. I listen to it a lot especially since they've been in the military. Borahae 💜
If you need to laugh watch RUN BTS episodes- they are funny and just fun to watch. They have Bon Voyage & In The Soop shows and they have some other older series. Just watching them cheers me up.
I think its true, Jungkook does trust ARMY and wants to have genuine, meaningful interactions. Looking at these he is coming across as really friendly and just seems really chilled and laid back, like he's talking to a friend, which is what it feels like when he does his lives (as one person on the fan calls also said). I dont know if this is the right phrase to describe it but it seems like he kind of views ARMY through rose-tinted glasses. You can see the way he lights up when he's taking about us. He lets himself get very vulnerable with us and he's very open and honest. He does see the good in people and wants to have a close relationship with ARMY, however, I think at the same time if someone oversteps the mark he's not afraid to call them out.

Its really amazing for me how jk still manages to be so trusting and open with Army, he has gone thru slot of stalking and saseangs wait outside his apartment and once they even sent him food to his place. But he never let that stop him.
Its so.true what you said about how the fans appreciate it. The one girl wirh the scarf who made the joke about Malaysia, her husband helped her to record and she was sobbing st the end of the fancall beacuse she ead so grateful and felt like she managed to have a conversation with Jk. I think its really special💜
That's because they know sasaengs aren't fans and shouldn't be confused with Armys, those are simply stalkers who will do anythinf for attention and money (since they tend to sell private into from photos to phone numbers and more about the idols to whoever pays), so it's only natural and wise to not generalize and not confuse the two together, wince it will just end up alienating the real respectful fans and would hurt them when they never did anything wrong
Jungkook is as delusional, if not more than us lol I mean we're talking about a guy who asked "who wants to help me shower" when he was too lazy to wash up and a guy who got all pouty when armys called him a friend in the questionnaire before his solo concert lol he's my comfort person tbh he's so unapologetically himself and I love it

Awww, so precious :). What I'm seeing is that JK has extremely little judgement combined with a very clear understanding of his own boundaries. These kinds of people are so comfortable to be around, in my opinion. And unfortunately rare to come by. He's very special in that aspect.
Jungkook is so genuine and sincere about the love he dedicates to his fans and the ARMY in general. And we love that and are captivated by it. Our love for him goes in both directions 💞 it is reciprocal. 😊

Jungkook also did a lot of lives during the last years, & he's always so comfortable with us, we chatting like friends, & he's just doing his things like cooking/listening to music/watching videos/ folding his clothes & even slept a few times while being live hahah! It's nice & it feels like he trust army a lot, we enjoy each other's company, & I love how relax & casual he is with us
(And it's not like he's forced to do all of this, he does it because he wants to, I think he's well aware that we Army, really love & support them & he just wanna show us how much he appreciate everything we did & do for him & the other members, he shows us lots of respect & love & he always makes sure to make us know that we matter to him & that he cares about us, & these fancalls just proves it. And even when fans ask unusual things like the "bf thing" or "acting cute" I think he really just accept to do that to make us happy, he's just too grateful & loves us too much to break our fun & like you said that's army, that's part of it, he already knows how we are😅 Obviously there's still boundaries tho)

It is so amazing to see how Jung kook matures right before the eyes of ARMY. But I have the feeling that he is now able to be so open before the camera cause it is a spot of safe space. You can see the difference when he went with Tae to the Dream event or at the airport. But this shyness and then his behaviour on his Lives is so heartwarming natural even he is a star it looks like he stayed down to earth, I am an older ARMY and I don‘t know any other celebs being that and I mean all the members being so kind to their fans!

I hope you will react to his Question and Answer during his Golden On Stage Concert.. cause you'll feel that what he shows during his random Weverse live, is exactly the same when he is on stage talking and making jokes with Armys. And tbh.. when i watch the live stream of Golden On Stage, i felt very comfortable and somewhat emotional that how he talks in front of Armys on stage is the same feeling when he go on his 2 hours random Weverse live. The atmosphere around JK is so comforting.
JK has a genuit love, respect and trust for Armys. And as a fan, what more could you ask for.

With JK and ARMY even though we haven't met him in real life, he has made it the most beautiful relationship, the trust, the warmth, the love & his sincerity, so pure. I can't help but fall in love with him over & over again. He is too grateful for us & I am grateful for him in my life. He is precious too. This relationship is for eternity even if we both move on..... But he will already be loved till eternity. No one's ever gotten this close to their fans. I am overwhelmed with his love, even if we haven't met ✌🏻😍🥰💕
Jungkook was always very clear about his love for ARMY! The fact that we have proof of this love not diminishing, even a tiny bit across these 10+ years, speaks for itself.
Unfortunately, he is also the member who faces the most hatred.. To his credit though, he has acknowledged this in his typical Jungkook way and made it clear that he doesn't care and is working hard for those who love him!
Hope and pray that he is safe, healthy & doing well as he carries out his mandatory military service 🥰🍀🙏💜

Really loved the reaction. One of the things i like most about Jungkook is his genuineness he speaks whats in his heart and trusts his fans so much. He really makes me feel like he's a friend to me.

The one phone call from a Chinese went like this: Fan "Hi. I'm _______. Are you my bf, Jeon Jung Kook?" JK "Yeah, that's right." Fan "Then kiss me." JK makes kissy face. That's cute. I see no harm in it as long as ARMY doesn't forget he's not really their bf.

Ugh i get so emotional too seeing fans get to have this experience🥹 and I absolutely agree! Unfortunately dealing with/ignoring inappropriate people is kind of part of the job, but I always hope the positive drowns out the negative for them.

The thing about Jungkook is..he really does love us. It's not forced or fake. And it is like talking with an old friend. He's so presious and caring and cares about us deeply. As much as we do. That's what I love about him.💜🫰

Yes except the bf/gf thing most of ARMYs calls I've seen (with jk, jimin or yoongi) were really respectful and touching! So grateful they also tried to keep it easy on them! But it's always a bit scary haha.. you never know if someone would cross a line

Actually, this empowering feeling you talk about is really a thing with BTS. I notice this with myself, but many other ARMYs told me about it as well. They help you bring out the best in yourself. Whether I go to the gym or have a bad day or some lousy chore I really don't wanna do, just listening to their music makes me think how hard they work and what they would tell me:
Just do it. You can do it. Just try and do your best. That's the empowerment.
Even on the days, I do nothing special at all, just thinking about them makes me so happy. I do feel loved and appreciated by them. It's strange to think about it in detail, but I absolutely did not have this mindset before I found them. Knowing them really changed my way of thinking. I'm much more positive now, much kinder with myself and much much happier.

ARMY fell first, but JK fell harder. He's always had confidence in the fans. There was a conversation when he was very young that he had with Yoongi, where JK says he would like to get tattooed. Yoongi, knowing how conservative SK is about tattoos, says the fans won't like it. JK never missed a beat saying it would be OK since the fans loved them. And, of corse, he was proven right.
He can be so sweet on his lives. I remember him reading a comment that asked if he could be an ARMY's boyfriend for just a few seconds. He indulged her and proceeded, breaking up with her after a few, making her his only known ex.
We joke that his lives have made ARMY delulu & that we all have much to answer for when Jin comes back. He'll set us all straight for participating in such "nonsense".

There's an idol from Monsta X named Changkyun who has done tons of fan calls and I think you'd find them very interesting, he's flirty and charismatic but also very casual, Changkyun in general would be great to react to, not just fan calls but lives, interviews etc
In terms of the fan calls you might have more luck finding them on tiktok than on RUclips since fans who got calls usually post the calls on tiktok

The fan calls I've seen of bts, especially the Jungkook ones bc there's a lot on the internet, are by far the ones that are more friendly than awkward. Of course there's some crazy people but I also think the way the relationship with fans has been through the years is an important factor of how we behave with them too. If some armys say cringe things or something as a joke, we know how the members will react. For example, we know that Taehyung and Seokjin definitely don't like that and they always express that in live or in weverse replying and it's hilarious bc they are savages those always become viral memes lmao
Also, when the Yoongi marry me and stupid comments were too loud Namjoon didn't doubt of telling us to ask him productive things (it was bc of weverse armys spamming, they are generally the cringest of the fandom lol). So. armys on twt decided to report those type comments so the guys can see our comments more rather than the spam. After all if they go live is bc they want to communicate with us.
The case of Jungkook is particular bc despite he always doing lives, he started to do way more and for like 3-4 hours haha. It was the most fun thing. He became even closer with army and we felt that too. We started considering him as our bestie haha. Fans have a parasocial relationship with idols but let's be honest, that can happen to artists too if they really appreciate fans in a similar way. For BTS and army is definitely not that one-sided, we don't know them in person, but in some special way we are have that friends or family energy.
idkw Jungkook always read cringe comments out loud but like you said, he took them as a joke mostly or saw the positive side of people so he kept playing along 💀 That's why we started to say that maybe he is more delulu than army and made us all delulu too and that's why we need Seokjin to comeback to make us touch some grass again lol 😂
Anyways, something that I also think is different when it comes to BTS and their relationship with fans compared to many groups right now, is that they literally grew up with nothing and since pre debut they decided to make their own blogs to promote themselves and they also created a twt account managed by themselves. Eventually they started to gain fans and they appreciated every comment a lot. There're many interactions since the beginning and that friendly situation is noticeable at fansings too and more.
Jimin was the first member to do solo fan calls and he was nervous, we don't know much but hopefully it wasn't cringe or awkward like the video you reacted before, but judging by the videos on the internet it was good.

Sorry but at 5 seconds this was over for me. A Communication Coach shouldn't be this casual when speaking professionally. JK is a MAN, and the only people who call him "our boy," in public, should be his parents. He dislikes being called a baby, a boy or a child by strangers and rightfully so. People tend to treat you less respectfully when they perceive you as being "a kid" or young. JK gets so much grief from people who feel entitled to tell him how to live his life, and it's often the same people who insist that he is "our baby." You must know it's not healthy, nor comfortable, for a man to be treated like a child by females who aren't related to him. Men want to be respected and that begins with acknowledging that they are men, and no longer boys. I have son's who are men and minorities and I don't allow anyone to call them boy. I raised them to be men, not boys.
He is a fan too and my boy or our boy doesn't men we don't treat them as men personally I rarely call them that but it's difference in culture
many people call them "our boys". They are the bulletproof boyscouts and a boy band. We recognize they are men, they're all 25+. Everything doesn't have to be so literal. I call my 16 year old daughter baby, does that mean I don't see her as a young lady and as an actual baby. No, it means I hold her dear to my heart and she'll always be my baby. You have to understand it's the same for many Army. We have grown up with BTS. They were at one time actual boys. Jungkook was 15 years old when he debuted and grew up in the public. So of course many will see him as their baby. He's also the maknae so in our hearts he's our maknae too. Even if JK is older than some, they see hi as the maknae. But we all know he's not a baby bfr. I mean they're in the military, which you can only enter once becoming a man 18+. You're taking something so endearing and innocent into something literal and negative.
I can see where you're coming from, especially since there are people who often seem to "baby" certain idols. However, in this case, "my boy" or "our boy" is a term of endearment in more of a colloquial sense. It's something that my friends and I (as well as my community at large) use (at times) when showing our affection toward a male that we close to. It's meant to be fun & light. I don't look at him as "a boy" in any way. If you watch my analysis' of him, you may come to see how much I respect him as a person.
I completely agree with you it is extremely disrespectful behaviour and the goes for us ladies as well don't call us girls we are adults.
@@ParkJiminFTLFFProductions But that's affection between mother and daughter so can be seen different however I still find that belittling. Sweetheart I used with my teenage daughter not ' baby'. No teenager wants to be referred to as a baby they'd find it cringeworthy.
