শুধু গুটিকয়েক স্থপতিরা সুন্দর সুন্দর কাজ করতেছে এটা সামনের নবাগত আর্কিটেক্টের জন্য খুবই ভালো একটা বিষয় এবং অনুষ্ঠানটা অনেক ভালো কিন্তু এর মাধ্যমে আমি একটা বিষয় আপনাদের জানাতে চাই নবীন যে স্থপতিরা তৈরি হইতেছে তাদের জন্য প্রবীণ স্থপতির প্রফেশনাল এর কি ভূমিকা রাখতেছে কারণ নবীন স্থপতির কোন অফিসে জব করতে গেলে বেতনের কোন কাঠামো থাকে না ইচ্ছামত অফার করে বসে একটা গার্মেন্টস সেক্টরে একটা শ্রমিকের মিনিমাম একটা স্ট্যান্ডার্ড লেভেল আছে কিন্তু প্রাইভেট সেক্টরে কোন লেভেল নাই গরুর মত খাটাতে পারলে তারা সন্তুষ্ট হয়
