I'm gonna go ahead and pitch any SRW that has Mazinger Z, Great Mazinger, and Grendizer into the pile here because when you get all three of those you tend to have at least six pilots and depending on the entry you also get even more because grendizer's individual extra form pieces can be fielded too. (play Super Robot Wars A Portable)
Srw x has great mazinger mazinger z which then get upgraded to mazinkaiser and mazin emperor and if you do well you get zero too at the end which is quite insane to have, and in srw v you get the banpresto original mazinkaiser emperor g to fight against zero which i dont think you can get in v and you can only get in x. But i am pretty sure if you are looking for just mazingers it is gonna have to b x which also has soem great units like gurren lagan in it, just a shame the protag mechs are not that amazing for x i just dont like its design all that much but its end games attacks are pretty cool imo and almost feels a bit cybaster inspired.

I haven't played the rest yet, but 30 has: ichinia ( koji), ichinia ( koji's younger brother), mazinger Z, The great Mazinger and mazinkaizer.
