Not gonna lie, I love the concept of wandering through an abandoned ranch and suddenly being blinded by a powerful flash of light, thinking it's just the owner, but soon finding out it's something *so. Much. Worse.*

whoever is roleplaying James Petrikov did a fucking amazing job! The fact that he kept repeating "The Light Sees Everything" and "It Walks At Night" just made it so much better!

A rolling intermittent blackout hits the city, but every time the lights go out, people notice odd shadowy figures in the darkness. News reports of recent disappearances (or murders). Are the two related?
This gives me an idea
The Sun Vanished RP. Make it night time perpetually, but remove the stars and moon from the sky. Have the Headlights enter the city and kill/enthrall the populous. They're kind of like this creature, except their light flashes with a shuttering sound and it can change to red.
That is like the same concept of a movie I watched just little different

remember kids, when dealing with a Moonwraith always make certain your weapons are made of silver, the only thing that can harm a beast of the conjunction.
If there's multiple I guess you could call it a conjunction function
Idea: You're a terrifying ghost who goes around haunting a place and killing people... who also happens to talk very casually. Where your usual ghost would go something like "YOU WILL DIE!" or "LEAVE THIS PLACE!", the ghost you RP as is WAY more laid back and would say something like "Heya! Yeah, hi! Look, I'm sorry man, but you're in my house so... I'm just gonna go ahead and kill you."

Idea:
After seeing the way the spotlight was designed in this video, I had a seperate idea that in my head sounded cool.
The spotlight reminded me of those old copper diving helmets they used back in the 1950s, which got me thinking.
I think it would be cool to see a roleplay where the ghost of a diver from the 1950s, still wearing that old diving suit, haunted the server. It could hang out around bodies of water, or leave giant puddles of saltwater wherever it went, and the people its haunting can hear the heavy metal clanking from the boots from other rooms, only to find giant saltwater puddles instead of someone there.
I still don't know why the ghost would be haunting people, perhaps it bacame angry since it was left to die at the bottom of the ocean, or was murdered by someone while diving?
Reminds me of Narcosis games, that have that old diver suit ghost too..

Shade from The Evil Within DLC used to scare the shit out. Never thought I see it in GTA but leave it to jmw to create a whole new story out of an already scary character 👍
Idea: A shining squeal. Four friends go hiking when they stumble across the hotel from The Shining, but its run down and dilapidated so they explore for a bit before getting a news alert about a snowstorm that has blocked all roads leading out of the area so with no choice but to stay, they run into Jack Torrance's ghost still trying to kill his wife with the axe. Maybe it's a later date RP when it's actually winter.
That was a good idea to use that Monster from The Evil Within DLC, that thing is creepy af

Idea: A clone army of Harolds arrives in San Andreas searching for the infamous Devils Toy Box and the equally deadly toys of powers! Unlike our usual Harold these clone Harolds can speak coherent English's but are not quite as inventive as the regular Harold is relying on quantity over quality. These clone Harolds seek to use the powerful artifact to summon an ancient eldritch entity known simply as Junior! the youngest of the elder gods... Can the city stop this army of Harolds?! Or will their pursuit of the toys of power leave the city in ruin...

I think it would be cool if Harold built a time machine, but the time machine is just a cardboard box. He makes people get in with him, but then it suddenly flies off, and after some flashy lights, people are transported back in time with Harold. It'd be even funnier if he would just leave them there and fly off on his own.

Idea: You are a Revolutionary War soldier of the Continental Army! Somehow, during the heat of battle against the British you blacked out. You wake up to find yourself in 21st Century United States, San Andreas!
As you explore, you become more and more disgusted at the state of the U.S. Drugs, crime, lies, hypocracy, materialism, etc. Will the soldier get into trouble or will he try and do his soldiers duty?

Idea: create a deadly website when someone buys an item they will send an order that they didn't order and there will be body parts and when the box is opened a monster will appear from the parts in the box

Idea: a silent hill rp were you take people who have done something in their past to a town covered in fog with monsters in the foggy streets. The town sends them through their own personal hell to atone for their sins. If they atone they get to leave better people and if they don't learn from their mistakes they die.
Idea: A thick and mysterious fog covers all of LS. And anyone unlucky enough to find themselves out in it without a gas mask begins to choke on their own blood. With people dying left and right, all hell breaks loose in LS. The only safe places to stay are in buildings or somewhere underground. Will the people find out where this strange fog came from? Or will everyone become victims of the fog?
Omg, James is one of THE BEST acting individuals in any of these role-plays so far in my opinion! (Good job James Petrov!)
Idea: A book falls down from the sky. Anyone who finds it gets the power to kill anyone by any means by just writing there name in the book. You could have a demon that will spectate while watching the person murder. The police will need to figure out the owner of the book before it’s too late. (Based off the show “Death Note”)

Idea: a monster comes out on halloween. Everyone thinks its just a person in a costume hanging out during parties and stuff. But the minute they get called out they go on a rampage.

I like to think that whenever a blackout happens in PGN, all cops on duty collectively sigh. "There goes James again with his monsters. It's gonna be another long day!"
idea: Zombie apocalypse happens and you play as a normal joe who slowly becomes a survivor in the new world. I just think it would be cool to see settlements and civilisations form and fight each other.
Idea: be a wolf, cat, dog or something that talks to people alone and says "no one will believe you" and whenever there is another player don't talk and be passive

Idea: You are a puppet maker who take people and make them in to puppets or mannequins. Some of the players will just become a husk who can stay still and look like they are a prop until its to late and will hunt the server, and some will keep some of their humanity and might try to help the other players. The amount of sanity and confusion for who is still good and who is bad and who is responsible would be glories.

Playing on the server messing with players, the server starts to have a mind of its own. Also the combination of the music and slow walking towards the end was great. Plus i really liked the red lighting especially when it was reflected off of the pavement.

Professor chaos! Local citizen becomes wannabe supervillain professor chaos, who makes his suit with aluminum foil. He does something that catches the attention of someone (you choose) who gives him a lot of money to hire henchmen, buy vehicles, foil, etc. To cause some chaos in the city.
I think this is by far the most scariest and cooler design by far from you
