And kindly sir its humble request since you are practicing largely in criminal law then you should dissect the recent judgement about the maater of rape and subsequently held as fornication and appeal accepted by the majority ( majority author judge is justice Malik shehzad Ahmad khan)delivered by three member bench of honourable supreme court comprising (justice jamal khan mandokhel , justice malik shehzad ahmad khan and justice ayesha malik ) the majority decides the matter by ratio of 2-1 Justice Ayesha A malik dissenting.

Thats his Lordships right the way he wants to handle the judgment, my problem was para no. 4 of Lordship HCJPs observation qua 189. As far as pendency of writing the judgment very late is concerned there are many pending judgements on part of HCJP
