Garrett truly is the most likeable man in poker. For as great a player as he is, he’s incredibly humble and friendly. Even against a small bet against a small stack, he still considers as much as if he’s against Andy, another true gentleman of the game. This show has become the premier poker stream and it’s because of the players.
I just want to thank you guys for some of the best poker streams on the internet if not the best. Great players and very educational commentary. Thank you.
In the pot with chris having 77, he actually has veeery few aces and not many flushes either tbh. Its a 3 bet pot preflop and Byron has Qs, meaning chris doesnt have KQs and also what aces call the flop bet? Maybe A2 or A5 of hearts excactly? Those might raise sometimes too.
Okay So I was watching and the hand that ends at 21:23 With Jon making a Crying Crying Call, I dont get his call whats the worst Daniel can have there that makes since when its Straddled around Jon 3 bets and Daniel makes a call King Queen, and even than thats a hand that Jon loses too i really dont understand his thought process
They agreed to run the river card twice. So if Chris won 1 and John won the other they'd split the pot between them. Just reduces variance when you agree to run cards more than once.
@@MikeJones-zu7cq $8.8 Million. He won most of $8.8M and some of it went to his friends as some of his friends put some money into John’s $10,000 buy in.
Go watch other poker cash games especially the super high stake Titanron or whatever each decision is 1min and 38sec impossible to watch! Love the 10 seconds thing almost not enough time lol but ppl wanna see hands played ppl talking 1st! And big money risked 2nd just bc it’s so much more watchable
@ 34:25 replace andy with any of durr, ivey or antonius they would have fired that 3rd shot with the way the hand has been played. They would have taken the huge pot down with the bluff. Any one can play with made hand but there's a huge gap of poker skills when firing three empty blanks on a stone cold bluff. That type of mentality requires balls of steel and that's where the great separate from the average
In the hand when Andy gives up on the river with JTcc against Maria, do you think he erronously picked up on something for him not to pull the trigger? He's at the rock bottom of his range, and given how Maria played preflop and Andy's big flop sizing he's only gonna get snapcalls from the flopped sets that didn't raise flop or turn, 67cc specifically that also didn't raise, and maybe a crying call from KQcc. I don't see much else that Maria can have to call with, maybe also two combos of 98ss/dd. Would seem like a good bluff spot in theory.
I think both player should bet the river. It's not a good sign for Andy to go bet-bet-check. He displayed something very strong but made it vulnerable on the river. Maria should bet the river if she wants to win it. She can't expect to win there with ace high. But if you ask me, if I was Maria, I whould raise the flop small. Most players out of position check on the turn so she would get a ''free'' card. Both players would check the river imo and she wins is anyway.
You would think the casino would realise people want to hear the table banter and not a silent game with boring commentary...soooo boring omg...wake up LAB please🤷♂️
01:09:45 Question for the chat from a novice… Does Andy having won over 100k on the same day affect whether or not he calls 20k❓ How much does “If I’m wrong I’m still WAY UP” sway his eventual decision???
Rule of thumb, how many times did we hear, if you have such a good price you have to call. And EVERY time they were wrong. And on the bigger bets, they would have been right.
I believe its a 30 second shot clock and when it gets down to 10 seconds he lets them know time is running out and the player can throw a card in for additional time or they can not throw a card in and it gets taken automatic if the player runs out of time cards all of his decisions has to be made in 30 seconds and if there is no decision and it runs out his cards are dead
he lost £75k in this game so must have added £100k twice . Generally to be near Garretts stack when they face off . Those 2 like to cover the board I believe
Almost hurts to watch some of these players throw their money down the tubes, but I sure wish I was there playing with them, I just need to find a spare 100k! 😁✌
Am I missing something for WTF was Daniel doing on his 53 hand? It said he was UTG? He got in with 53 off calling a 3 bet UTG? Or maybe the graphic is wrong and he's defending his BB which would make a little more sense? Either way, when you play 53 and hit 2 pair why is he not raising that up?
Thanks to comments from viewers there is MUCH less silly babbling and rude cackling during big hands from the other players trying to get "air time" (thank you very much), and Garret like, has stopped like, saying like, 10 times in like, every sentence, like (also thank you).
Poker takes patience, strategy, timing , right moves . Da best thing bout it . Trying to figure what other players hands r . The looks on their faces can give it away . Mannerisms. Da cards always rules . This is where people bluffs. I like Maria here
Jon is such a station. Calling off with that K J when there is a 4 liner and no possible bluffs, then calling with Kings after ace hits the board in a 4 bet pot. Smh
Is this definitely a high stakes game? Managed the first 34 minutes but was really struggling to stay awake, plays pretty much my local $1/2 game. Ho and Klein aside who the heck are these people and how on Earth did they get so much money playing like this??

Idk why I've spent the last few hours of my life watching ppl play poker
I just want to thank you guys for some of the best poker streams on the internet if not the best. Great players and very educational commentary. Thank you.
Great commentary. We need you more often.
Idk why but I just get excited before watching because amazing action happens here.
So you do know why
Another awesome episode. John Cynn, world champ yet cool & reserved. Hats off.
Great "just call" by Garrett on 9:00 hand.
Most players would value raise given the turn action
Jon’s a tight player. So because of this, a raise accomplishes nothing because only better hands would be calling (sets, straights, KJ)
Love seeing Andy win
I swear I always see Maria hit the sets haha. Best feelings ever when holding pockets
the only time she bets - such a nit . Although she did bluff at least once I guess
I'm rooting for Maria and Garrett
All those calls from Daniel feel like a punch to the liver
This commentator is the best
No the commentator makes everything seem dramatic
thank you guys much love
So awesome thanks for sharing. Im always rooting for Maria!
Miss those reg vs reg battles !
Daniel such a calling station, extract a lot of money from him :)
Real high stakes poker, not yesterday’s stars playing a $5-$10 lmao
Outta curiosity what's like the average tip from players to dealers, and what's a big/biggest.....?
As a former poker dealer I found the pro players tip far less than recreational players and non pros. Pros might tip a dollar to 5 dollars a hand.
Some pros don't tip at all, especially when stuck.
Jon had some nice hands that didn’t pan

A crash course on how to play Jacks. Easy method, fold them every time you get dealt one
there's no right way to play jiggeties.
Hit a set. Only way
I’d love to know the odds on the order they’ll finish in.

9:05 on what planet does Garrett raise here?
Maria is the biggest calling station luckbox I have ever seen other than Fedor Holz
1:17:31 Why the dealer deal 2 cards instead of 1 ?
They agreed to run the river card twice. So if Chris won 1 and John won the other they'd split the pot between them. Just reduces variance when you agree to run cards more than once.
So it is an official rule or consent by both players ?
25:20 Maria flopped a set of tens; she would have folded to a bet. Board too dangerous.
It’s almost like this happened over 10 years ago. No masks, no barriers.
I want to learn to play like Andy
This should be titled "watch Garrett be carddead for a while"
Bill looks like he should be wearing a Members Only jacket
as opposed to his UPS delivery drivers jacket :)

Andy has the best seat
Yeah hers or Maria’s
I’d lean towards Maria’s. Bryon really doesn’t apply much pressure
And Daniel was the worst player at the table. Once Chris sits downs I’d agree Andy has the best seat
I would check not think!
maria bet sizing is horrific in ak97j loses so much value turn and river should be huge
I wonder how quiet it would be if they gaged garrett While he played!
I wonder if Maria would of called a all in with the AcQc

Shows you cant get "a good deal" out here
what's the deal with the dealer announcing "10 seconds"? Lots of times, player use 20s+ to act, without throwing in time chips.

Daniel is making donations.
How much money do these people have? Win a 55000 pot with ace high and not even a smile
Cause they know they probably gonna lose more next hand
Most of them are professional players, they try not to be emotionally invested because that can never lead to any good...
cant get too high or too low. Celebrate after you've cashed the chips because they can be all gone the next hand in no limit holdem.
