For lightcones, 3-star "meshing cogs" are really good. it's a lower tier replacement for characters who needs energy. it's very useful, remember to save them so easily stack to S5 Ex: RuanMei/Asta/Tingyun/Bronya/Sparkle etc.. When you don't have anything else, it is the best!!
