Ralph is an alumnus of Van Mildert College. He is Director and Co-Founder of the Rodolfus (ex-Eton) Choral Courses and Artistic Director of the Rodolfus Foundation. Ralph was Director of Music at Eton College for 26 years and is now Director of Chapel Music at Queens' College, Cambridge.
