I wasn’t wild about Annemarie’s tenure on the show, but I still feel bad that she isn’t getting a second season. Crystal, whom I really like, didn’t have a strong first season (or second really), but man oh man did she bring it this past year. Annemarie wanted a second year on the show, which was apparent when she announced she had been let go. The difference between her and someone like Diana is that the latter treated the series like it was beneath her. Now we won’t get to see Annemarie’s newly formed bond with Dorit play out; the origins of their alliance/friendship happened at the reunion, and it’s a huge missed opportunity moving forward. As is, I worry her legacy/name will forever be synonymous with “the esophagus girl.” Oy.

Kyle fed her info about Sutton and ran with it without having a to get to know Sutton she just went in. i mean you are a nurse estitician if i spelld that right.Arent you supposed to be really smart and catch on quick? I'd like to see her open up on her journey. Not being Kyles sidekick.
Annmarie's biggest mistake was making Sutton's oesophagus her storyline...she brought nothing substantial to the table. Viewers like to connect with their life stories not their arguments with people.
Gotta love a woman who's resourceful though. Feign a medical emergency to not have to be held accountable for her bullsh-t. And her sidekick who simply *had* to ride shotgun in the ambulance so SHE didn't have to be held to the fire for her bullsh-t either! How convenient!

I didn't think she was bad. I thought she brought drama and as you said, she couldn't be called racist for saying anything to Garcelle. She's also the only person to get Crystal to have a genuine reaction. It was stupid to dump her. They also never shared her story as told through her eyes so no one knows how she presents herself. If I were a new housewife, I wouldn't sign on to do that show and be a villain unless I had a two season guarantee.
What has Garcelle ever done that would make you call her a bully? All of the housewives have opinions-she has always been exceptionally classy when she disagrees with someone and she does not call people racist simply for disagreeing with her.
