this amount of karma is not coming from the jade bot. The "best" way is with idle farming in LW S4 bc you can buy something called 'karmic retribution' that gives you karma per kill. Then u go to known farm spots and just wait for mobs to respawn.
So from your RNG it's one gold for 70192.4615159 karma. Oh also obsidian but can you turn obsidian into gold? I have too much obsidian and it's useless to me at the moment.

This is actually a pretty solid way to make gold because it's guaranteed. Karma isn't that hard to farm anymore with the newer living story maps and if you are farming research notes, you are farming karma and volitile magic so why not farm some gold after you get the upgrades you want that require karma?
So these boxes were not that bad back in the day because the Karma you got from them scaled with karma boosters. I would sometimes get more karma out than I put in while using all the karma boosters I could get my hands on combined with my account bonuses from achievements.
Raid+Strikes Bosses, Karmic Retribution for LSW4 maps gives karma per kill, Karma Jade Bot Upgrade, and farming Wintersday, you‘ll have more Karma that you‘ll ever need

but when do you even need karma? i have tons of karma useless just buying pact supply daily,, still have a lot of obsidian shards so basically only need to turn karma into gold which means buy these boxes or what? do people wait for wintersday or smth
I played the game a ton so that is definitely a big factor but Raids, Fractals, WvW, Icebrood Strike Missions, Wintersday events, LWS dailies and Tequalt are all great ways to make karma. Hope that helps :)
The results are very bad imo, you could buy medium gloves with that karma and disolve them in mystic forge, salvage them for leathers and sell leather, you would get thousands of gold for that amount of karma spent. I've done my own research on about million karma spent that way, and i get 100 gold back for 1 mill karma selling leather, so 43 mill karma would give you around 4.100 to 4.500 gold depending on the current TP price.
I forgot about those lol..... nearly a stack of the mini which i remember being the only reason to open for a chance at it. Lots of shards is nice for people who make and sell legendary weapons but yea not overly worth it.
Given the amount of people that are most certainly in the exact same situation as you with a ton of karma, I think there's no way Anet would put another gold-generating karma sink into the game I think, because of how much gold it would instantly introduce. You're probably fine to just spend it on orrian boxes.

If you want to waste your karma gambling go and buy some amulets and salvage them. I get that it s for video but if anyone gets antything from it, it s that you used one of the worst method of gambling present in gw2.

1mil karma is required per legendary weapon so thats how i covert karma to gold and its the most efficient way
i do this if i need some quick gold while having a lot of karma. definitely something to consider in certain situations :P

I regularly blow hundreds of thousands of karma on these because there's not really any other easy way to convert it to gold. I really hate karma.

Don't it's terrible use. You'll need karma for legendarys. (LOTS OF IT) more than you think...save it

I never did Karma Retribution afk farm, I feel like it is on a gray zone as to if it's allowed or not, so I don't want to risk it hehe
