I turned 70 on May 20 and I have decided to hang up my Realtor career.
As a widow who has had to support my family since I was 47 yrs old, I’ve decided, as Kenny Rogers sang, “Know when to hold ‘em and Know when to fold ‘em’.”

There was a documentary recently where they interviewed very wealthy women. These women are talking about how they no longer buy authentic wallets, but instead choose to buy really good wallets *condup* designer bags they love. They then invest the money they save in other things such as real estate, stocks, etc.
This is truly an end of an era. I remembered the early days when I would watch you, Nastasia, BJ Taylor, Mary Lynda… for reviews over and over before making any purchase. You guys set the standards for bag reviews. I can’t help feeling sad… You’re a gem, Jerusha! Thank you for sharing your journey all these years. ❤

I enjoyed watching all your unboxing videos and vlogs. I remember watching a "what's in my bag" video and obsessing over the LV key holder. I think I was about 14 years old and I was trying to convince my mum that I needed that. Her response was, "you dont even own keys!" 😂😂😂😂😂 Jerusha, you will be missed dearly. To be honest, I miss the old-fashioned videos where you would come on and show us a bag you just bought, and go through it. Like you did in this video. I also love when you take us so long on your day. Errands, shopping, whatever. It’s all fun. Hey, I think you’ll enjoy this little story. So I like to collect designer bags, I always have. My mother had a handbag in my hand at age 4! I’ve been hooked ever since. So the other day, I’m in TJ Maxx. I wasn’t even going to look through the handbag section. So as I’m pushing my cart passed the bags, of course one of them catches my eye. It was a hot pink bag. The color was stunning! So of course my cart pulled me over to the bag. It was an Anne Klein satchel in the most gorgeous pink you’ve ever seen. It was $39.99!!! I’m telling you, I could care less what company or brand this bag was! All I know is that I had to have it! So I bought it! I am not opposed to spending $40 on a bag that’s gonna rock my world. So there you have it. It doesn’t matter, right? It’s what makes us happy. We go around once.

I just jumped on your channel to find out if it’s true that you’re giving social media a break and sure enough it’s true but I totally understand there could be a toxic aspect to the business and respect your honesty which gave you longevity and credibility. I bought my first speedy omg like 14 years ago after enjoying watching your videos. I loved watching how excited you were about the bag, how you actually used your bags and never babied them, all the way to sounds of your nails on the bag (I know maybe a little weird) that was like an early version of asmr for me and very relaxing. Hello. I’ll never forget the 1st every video of yours I watched 10 years ago… Your videos helped me move on when the times where hard in my life. Thanks to you as well I got my first key pouch and my neverfull too… I still use them and love them dearly! Jerusha, you were one of the first you tubers I ever followed years ago, watching your videos was always so enjoyable and relaxing, I felt like i was listening to a friend. Congrats on the bag! Stunning combo. Rest, recharge, recover. When you lose joy in something or if something drains you, take a break to reset. Life is too short.
