@@elka7823 You didn`t train hard enough then. I`m doing 1 set to failure on every lift for almost a year and saw much better results. I`m bigger and stronger than i`ve ever been.

It’s also a good training style because you really focus on progressive overload and not just getting volume in
nah bro i did low volume for 4 months worst mistake of my life put more volume back again again gettting bigger i regret wasting so much time
